I ordered my first ride with tuber today. The driver did a good job getting me to my destination in good time.
The ride charge was to be $61. I tipped him 25%. I received a emailed receipt for the total (approx $75). Later this evening I received a notice the discover card I used did not go thru.
Thinking was an issue with discover, I then used my Visa card. Once completed, the receipt I received now showed a cleaning charge of $150!! I took no luggage, was not drinking or eating in the car, no vomiting, ect..,,this excess charge from this driver should not have been to me, possibly a different passenger. This $150 charge on my Visa needs to be reversed.
I called your pissed off phone but received a msg saying this number is no longer in use. This charge needs to be REVERSED with a confirmation email sent to me.
Please handle asap!! Thank you.
