I have been trying to resolve an issue with uber mobile support for a week. No one has been able to help and keeps asking me the same questions or just ended the conversation out of nowhere.
I have been really fustrated by the customer service. My debit card works fine. I can add uber cash from it but i cannot request a ride from just my card alone. I have to add uber cash from it.
It just says it cant process the request when i try to request a ride from the debit card alone. It works when i add uber cash from it. I keep having to repeat myself to these customer support people and lyft most of the time instead of uber. I reinstalled the app updated the app and still wont work.
Im about to just delete it and just use lyft from now on. My last four on my payment card is 2763.
