New ReviewerI am a cancer patient in an uber ride provided by the Health Plan of San Mateo. I requested a ride to Stanford hospital for cancer treatments.
I am low income and with no alternative for a ride to get my treatments.
I am required to have oxygen available to me and face masks are exempted in the state for anyone with cancer or Autism. Without appropriate oxygen and air supply the cancer grows and I may faint in the car. Face masks restrict me from adequate oxygen in a long car ride to my oncologist appointment today. Is uber going to accept liability for my health while riding in a covid safe car?
The driver didnt care about my health concerns only about his job security.
I informed him i have an exemption. Plus, he already has a mask and a shield protecting me from his germs and vis versa.
Uber rules are superseding my health rights to fresh air and oxygen when i am going to cancer care treatments.
I am already feeling faint due to lack of oxygen. I blame the bias rules on corporate tyranny due to politics not humanity.
I can provide pictures of the safety measures taken by the car owner of the car, so his lack of compassion is unwarranted dangerous!!!!
Our driver was:
Vadym in a gray Toyota Highlander 8MKP910.
Thank you,
