I have been trying to contact you for quite sometime, as I wish to cancel my subscription to Uber.
I have had a couple of issues with delivery. The one that really upset me, was I had ordered from Denny's for my grandson and myself.
I got a call from the driver, who did not speak or understand English at all. She seemed to be confused about the address, which I tried to explain to her.
We waited till after the delivery time and discovered the order had been cancelled without my knowledge. I requested a refund, but was told the time limit had run out and was charged as the food had been prepared.
Most of the drivers I have had contact with were excellent.
I am afraid this driver was not. Especially as they did not have a good grasp of English
