I received numerous charges form Uber that were fraudulent. My bank called me regarding these charges.
They have cancelled my card as a result of the our numerous charges from Uber that I did not authorize. After waiting an hour in the cold, we finally got an Uber to the venue. The time of arrival varied as did the price. I then arranged a time to be picked up.
I got a message that the driver was not available. The message said to sign up again. I did not want to use you again so did not ask for a ride home. We found other transportation to get us home...btw for free.
Meantime, you charged us a cancellation fee when you originally cancelled on us...Next time I will call a cab. Uber caused me acute anxiety and almost ruined what was supposed to be a wonderful experience...
User's recommendation: Do not count on uber to get to your destination on time.
Monetary Loss: $120.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Uber Cons: No human help with account information help.
