New ReviewerMy wife 602615**** ordered Uber. Driver arrived late and then refused to take us because of luggage even though luggage would fit.
I ( MICHAEL) then ordered another UBER. The preorder app said 8 mins away. After ordering. App then said 18 mins away.
I immediately called 2nd driver ASAP and informed her not to come as I would drive to airport to make my flight. If I waited for her I might have missed my flight after the 1st driver fiasco and the delay on the second driver. So I drove to airport myself. Then I was told I had to cancel.
But I said I couldnt cancel since I was already driving and couldnt stop to do that task. In the meantime apparently other drivers continued to come to my gated community.
When I got to the airport and stopped driving I canceled. I will not pay ANY charges to UBERI will deleted the app and cancel my visa if I am charged 1 cent.
