H U G E Z E R O. This Weekend 4 me.

Restaurant Issue...Restaurant us Willing TO OGFER A FULL REFUND TO ME BC OF BAD FOOD.

No one Was AVAILABLE to Help me from Uber this Weekend.

So I Tried AGAIN TODAY.

I Was Told....

WE CANNOT GIVE U BACK YOUR MONEY...

THEY DIDNT EVEN WANT TO CHAT/DISCUSS IT WITH ME!!!

THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE FULL DETAILS...AND THEY WILL NOT LET U SPEAK TO ANYONE VIA VOICE CALL!!!!

THAT BILL WITH TIP WAS ALMOST $70.00.

THEN THERE WERE PROBLEMS WITH THE OTHER APP. WHICH RESULTED IN MY PAYING FOR A TRIP I DIDNT GET...

I'm A MOBILITY IMPAIRED PERSON WHO IS MOSTLY HOUSEBOUND ON DISABILITY...

IF THIS ISN'T CLEARED UP QUICKLY & MY MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY, I WILL DO WHAT I NORMALLY DON'T...
