On Wednesday the 13th 2021 I had an Uber driver pick me up from my Job I had two stops to make I put that in the app one was to the grocery store and then to my home the Uber driver made a comment I hope youre not going to be taking a lot of time fooling aroundand I said excuse me I pay for the service this is not the first time that Ive had more than one stop added if Im going into a store you took the ride if you didnt wanna wait why would you take it he proceeded to be rude and inconsiderate I asked him to take me home he said he couldnt do it I would have to make the change in my app so I did while were in route which was closer to my house than to the store and Uber charge me more money than what they were supposed to charge me they gave me five dollars cash back for their service but they didnt put it back into my account anyways when I contacted Uber to tell them how rude and unprofessional the driver was they looked into it the complaint the response to me was the driver said you wasnt wearing a mask makes no sense because that is one of the requirements of doing any type of a drive service you have to agree to wear a mask Since then I no longer deal with Uber or any of Uber services I have deleted the app I will no longer request services from them they still have five dollars in my account with them they can have it because youre still going to win if I use whatever you put into the account because it still have to be for Uber services but thats pretty much it I havent spoken to them since I wrote the review or put in a complaint

Uber Pros: Cheaper than taxis.
Uber Cons: No live reps.
