On the 20th my friends and I got in an Uber, the Uber driver Saad explained we couldnt have 4 people in the car, even though there was 4 seatbelts, I believe it was because he didnt want anyone sitting with him in the front seat, at which point in time I asked him to cancel the ride so I wouldnt get fined for the cancelation, because Ive never heard of this rule, did not say that when I booked the Uber, also Ive had Uber for 6 years and thats never been an issue, he refused to cancel so I explained that I was going to contact customer service and rate him a 1 for the inconvenience. The next day my account was deactivated. I am very upset over this I was not contacted by Uber nor was able to get ahold of Uber to explain the situation.

User's recommendation: I am very upset over this, I want it resolved immediately I’ve been a loyal customer for years!

Preferred solution: I want my account activated immediately .
