Hello my name is Sevidzem Kingah. I carried customer Rebekah early in the morning today at 12 am on May 12 2022.

Customer or rider and male partner said that Uber gave them a driver who was intoxicated because he was fidgeting and scratching his body endlessly. I said I was sorry about that experience and advised that due to safety of other Uber riders they should report the issue to Uber. Because they no longer had the previous driver's name in their app they instead reported me (Sevidzem) to Uber and Uber incorrectly deactivated me. Uber could have instead called me to resolve the issue.

So sadly the other driver is still out there harming other Uber customers and I the good guy is being punished. The proof that I was professional is that I completed the ride/trip and Rebekah gave me a tip.

User's recommendation: UBER should call the driver they want to deactivate before doing so.

Monetary Loss: $200.
