My husband ordered and Uber at 2 am for work and he must have fell asleep my husband had to cancel that one was charged double and paid for a new uber the app said the first driver was 13 minutes away my husband waited twenty minutes he text and called he driver and the driver didn't call bk or reply so we were charged almost 9$ for the ride then he paid 5.50 to cancel and we were never refunded this can is not very reliable and the drivers take our money and never show SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!!!

Uber - More money was charged
Fare was 89 and i was charged 137 This has also happened with my wife and sister. This the third time we are going through this. This is really very disappointing and disgusting.

Cab driver misbehaved

When call the driver rajib 333510**** ask him where are you? He says you stand up pickup location. I am coming but 10 min later he comes to opposite location and say come here. I told him broken my right leg. He repeat edly says I don't go few min later take a message my mobile trip was cancelled you pay 68 rupees cancellation charge. So driver cancel the trip why can I extra pay? I am still waiting there.

Charged without trip

Trip cancelled by driver. Uber charged rs. 21.00 for cancelled trip. Next time booking uber asks for past 21.00 rupees for fraud cancellation by driver

Poor customer service

It is impossible to contact customer service for help. Ask you to sign into your Google account and when I did it sent me on an endless loop it kept me Poor customer servicesigning into my Google account. I never get a chance to make my complaint

Amount paid 2 times for 1 trip on 11/3/2022

My wife paying through gpay for the trip. Internet is slow hence asked me to pay for the trip and gave me driver phone number. Hence I paid 821 rs to driver through phone pay and in the meanwhile from her gpay also the amount got debited. Both combinely gave 164* (***+820).

I have been a customer of Walgreens for 40 years, 100% of my families prescriptions. Yesterday I refilled my prescription (3 months) for Eliquis. My cost was $610.00, this couldnt be correct. So I looked at the last 4 refills, my total cost was $1,600.00. I called my insurance company and they said that was correct, but I could order through them (Humana) at a cost per 3 months of $125.00 or $500.00 per year. I switchedis your company serious?? What a disappointment!!

Can't use new rider discount code

Still have not heard from Uber Support about my problem. They said I had to use a coupon before the trip. My issue was the instructions were not clear. I tried to find the "wallet" to enter the code, but I could not. The code is NEWRIDER25. I asked the driver about the discount. He said he knows nothing about them! It took me an hour to find a phone number for Uber. When I dialed it, it was no longer a working number. I have ridden with Uber a second time and tried to enter the new rider code. I could not enter the code in the wallet, which I finally found, because I was no longer a new rider! I would still like to have my rides discounted. Or get a refund.

Every time I take Uber there is always a for a extra charge that I have to wait to get removed

I dont like the extra hold on my account, when Uber has already been paid. Please send me a authorization code. So, that the hold can be released.
