Abused and threatened by driver in time of medical emergency,false complaint without proof, uber blocked my account.

My baby was sick and I asked for uber to reach to doctor.Driver asked my destination and I refused as this is against Uber policy. in Kolkata most of the time driver refused after knowing the destination.i have proof for the same.then driver abused me and threatened me and made false complaint against me for which driver has no proof. Uber support without investigating blocked my account.

Lack of means to edit tips

On a recent trip with Uber I only intended to give a tip of one dollar but Ubers app for some reason put a three dollar tip on there and I was unable to edit that tip down to the correct amount. Uber does not have any means for a writer to edit the Tips.

Charged twice for the same ride

In other apps payment should be done before the ride ends or else it turns into cash payment but why not in uber and when online payment method is chosen drivers do demand of cash payment if not they wait for us to cancel the ride so that we can be charged. After making cash payment I have no option to change payment method and now its requesting as finalise payment. I need to travel daily and with this i m not able to use this app and very disappointed and henceforth I will not use this app nor make the payment. Y should I make the payment twice?

Unknown Charge

I have a pending cahrge on my account from Uber in the amount of $8.05. This is after you tried to charge me over $10.

for a driver that never showed up and you sent a rude driver in ghis place without notice and expected my elderly mother to get in the car with the aggressive driver. When she refused because we were not expecting him, you charged me for canceling. Again I did not have informationfor a replacement driver until after you charged me. Now I have a different charge for God knows what.

7, 2021 was terrible all around, from your systmem not accepting my card number until I scanned it, to the frist driver on the go trip never showing to the agressive mystery driving on the return trip being rude and aggressive to my mother! If this is not resloved I will take further action including, BBB, consumer affairs and the Attorney General's office.
