I did not get paid my bonus for referral

Referral bonus they completed the amount of trips and I was supposed to receive 380

Someone is using my card for uber
Woke up today and noticed three different Uber charges as soon as I woke up!!! Not a happy camper right now

Need to cancel my. Uber Pass!

Was not able to interface with a Uber person. I want to cancel my Uber Pass I didnt ask for it and I wasnt told that I had to notify anyone after my free week. I dont use Uber enough to benefit with the Pass. I found it impossible to speak to a representative from Uber.

Lost luggage

Dont blame the driver, it was half my fault that the luggage got left in the back. Stephen brought case back in good time. My main complaint is on being able to contact someone in cases like this, you should have a 24hr customer service contact number that is manned and easily available, things happen.

Money was taken out of my bank account that wasn't authorized

A unauthorized charge was charge to my account without my knowledge. Ive deleted the app and service same day I signed up last week. Please put $24.99 back into my account.

I was charged twice for a trip

Look Im getting really pissed off with this company. I took a trip yesterday and the place I went to was closed so I paid my 16.63 for a blank trip. Then today right after getting some money transferred to my cash app card (I used that to pay for the Uber) I was charged again for 17$ for my trip from yesterday. I want my refund of my money.

App not working

This sucks.. there is no 800 number to get assistance. My app keeps asking me to confirm the pickup... which I have done 20 times the screen goes blank nothing I have restarted my phone several times same thing. I do not want to get on a bus during a pandemic.... Uber customer service SUCKS!!!!!!!
