Promo for uber eats/ online customer serice

I received two promos for up to a $30 free meal 9/12/2020 after I used Uber eats for the first time on 9/11/2020. When I tried to use the promo I was kicked out with a message stating I could not because I had already ordered from the site. I was very confused on why I would be sent something AFTER I had already used the service for the FIRST &;;;;;;;;;; ONLY time! So to spread the word about Uber eats I gave my daughter the promo code since she has NEVER used Uber eats or Uber before! She also got kicked out and messaged she wasn't allowed due to not having used Uber before!!! I am lost on this because how can one be a new user and not able to use the promo due NEVER USING THE AN UBER & being a user of UBER and NOT being able to use the promo BECAUSE IT"S NOT YOUR FIRST TIME!???? I've contacted your online customer service over four times and still NO APPEASEMENT but I keep getting how "sorry" you guy's are about my situation and you have taken the "proper" steps to rectify the problem WHICH HAS NOT BEEN RECTIFIED! Also why am I paying over $24.00 dollars for an Uber pass? What is an Uber pass!?

Charged for a ride i didnt take and charged extra on a ride because he missed the exit

I always get an Uber from my house and for some reason the pick up spot was nowhere near my house and 2 days before that got charged extra because the driver drove past the exit.

Charged my card by mistake

Then not only they charged me 3 *** times that was my last of my money I’m broke because of Uber I have kids I can’t deal with this

They charged 30 off my card for a subscription that was canceled that was my last 30 dollars

Ride is late

Driver never showed up and did not receive a call. Also could not get in touch with anyone to find out what happened. I know a lot of people that use Uber and really like the service. Which makes me wonder if I did something wrong or did Uber?? That is why there should be a phone number to get in touch with a human.

I was overcharged. I tried contacting u to no avail. Never spoke to a PERSON. I have. Trouble with Uber n the pass. Your WHOLE DAMN SUDTEM STINKS

When I put in my address the computer made it my destination. I changed it. U er charged me $5.38. The driver, Marcus asked me to reenter it. I did Uber harged me another 5.68. It still didn't go through we settled paying $6.00 cash. I contacted u to get my money back. You switched me to another dept. They in turn. Debited my account 14.95. And I Still have not received satisfaction. I have been unable le to speak to a REAL LIVE PERSON. Your system stinks to ***

Last night sept 22 the driver who picked up my daughter and grandchild endangered both i need to talk to someone about this issue we are asked to wear a mask before entering and yet driver didn't wear one at all until he pulled up and slid it on and was on his cell talking and yelled at my daughter when she asked him where his is it was in a different language that she didn't speak he not only endanger my child but also my granddaughter who is a baby i need someone to call me at 510557**** not only do i want a full refund i need to know why he didn't have it on the whole time why put it on as your pulling up with people waiting this is a saftey issue he is exposed to people i use uber as a safety tool but this is so unacceptable call me please

Charged incorrectly

Ive not had the opportunity to speak with anyone from Uber about having being charged twice for the same order. At this point. I have reported this to my bank, Chase. Should anyone has the curtesy of calling or emailing me back that would be greatly appreciated.

Customer service

I have contacted Uber multiple times about my account being hacked into and getting refund for stolen $. My cell phone was hacked so I had to get new cell account. Please call me at 859-640-**** to resolve issue by reimbursing my money. Thank you
