Stolen account

My phone was stolen thanksgiving and the person has been ubering using apply cash I want my account shut down and possible prosecution.

I've scheduled rides for the week and it won't let me change times for 10min later.

App won't let me change my scheduled times for the week for 10min later. Today was my first time. When I went to catch my ride. He pulls away. Uber charged me 6 bucks. Also wondering why cost changed by 5 dollars. Same distance.

My issue is about an accident i had in June 2019 while I had a rider in my car driving for uber. I Rented the car from hertz. Another driver got a red light and hit my car. The police officer couldn't figure out who is at fault. He sent us to court. The court dismissed the case. Now the insurance company of the other driver sued me for $2,523.85. A civil default calendar is set for December 14, 2020. I know the car was insured; moreover, I wasn't at fault because I got no tickets. I know uber has lawyers to fight for his drivers that's why i refer myself to uber. I count on your help. Thank you! March Jean

Driver was unprofessional

I was at a grocery store and I called Uber to go home. I called for a XL vehicle because I had about 10 bags of groceries. Mr. Anteneh saw how many bags I had, locked his car door and drove off. If he did not want groceries in his new car why did he accept the job. I have been taking Uber for over a year now and have a 4.92 rating. I gave also been picked up at the same location before with the same amount of bags. What he did was so uncalled for and I was so embarrassed. Thanks Tacklon Grayson

Hold on my payment

I ordered food for 9.00 plus tax and my card was declined and I tried food for 12.00 plus tax because I know there was money in the account. I have no food and there is a hold on my account.

Trying to log in but do not have the credit card I used to set up the account. I have a new card

Nobody spoke to me. It was a prerecorded message. That's not good for business. It makes me feel that nobody cares. I can not log in because I lost my old credit card that I used to set up the account, it did not give me an option to use my new card. Could someone please call me or email me to resolve this problem.
