I requested a ride to work first driver was 15 minutes away 15 minutes later i have a new driver that was 15 minutes away. Then he was a complete jerk he was dirty his car sound like it was falling apart car was dirty and he kept saying im in no hurry after i told him my first driver cancel on me he was moving around like a junky coming off *** uber is the worst by far late to work thanks to uber might get let go this is a new job the price was higher than i pay with Lyft and uber gave a discount i will NEVER ride uber NEVER....

I ordered a ride about 1:40 About 2:00 I noticed it aays the same eta as when i ordered the car. So i text my driver only to find out i needed to order another ride. Now i feel like i need to contact my driver and confirm they are on their way. This has caused a fight between my boyfriend and i. So frustrating then i ordered a differant car only to find out my bf is freaking out so i'm forced to cancell my ride only to be charged $5!

I confirm my ride in about 20 minutes later I text her because my app still said the same time of arrival for her to pick me up she said her Uber app froze for me to order another ride flash car I did that only to find out my boyfriend's friend is pissed

Pure pieces of crap

Uber is not a company I would refer to anyone . distasteful customer service from Uber , distasteful everything .there is truthfully Nothing good at all about Uber .I would advise people sign up for door dash.postmates or grub hub ,whatever you do leave Uber alone .

Horrible company to work for

My personal opinion is uber needs to be shut down permanently.they are no good to anyone at all.uber has taken pretty much of all our bonuses .uber is greedy as all *** .uber is even taking some of are tip money .uber honestly just needs to be put out of business

Uber never stands on the customer's side!

1. Someone hacked into my Uber account in October 2018 and a few days after made a fraudulent trip in US (I am Swedish and was at home in Stockholm at the time) and swiped $269.87 from my bank account 2. I reported it to Uber Support and to PayPal (my card was linked through PayPal) 3. No answer at all from Uber but PayPal could see that my bank activities was all in Sweden at the time for the fraudulent trip in US. 4. Paypal said they had seen a wrongful behavior and a fraud and said they would pay back. Two days later, the stolen money ($269.87) was back on my bank account. Still no response from Uber despite being included in all mail correspondence with Paypal. And even though it was the hacked Uber account that was the basic problem. 5. Almost a year later (in August 2019) I try to make a trip in Stockholm, a short trip of a couple of kilometers at a cost of SEK 173 (aprox $10) - to my surprise, it is deducted $101.48 from my card when I confirm the Uber payment !? 6. It turns out that the amount deducted ($101.48) was from the fraudulent trip in US made a year earlier. It seem to be a partial sum from fraudulent trip and this fraudulent remaining amount was now deducted from my account without warning when ordering my own trip (I had now changed from PayPal and used Apple Pay as pay gateway but had not done any Uber travel since I became cheated and had the account hacked in October 2018). HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE !? 7. I have now tried for more than 6 week to get someone at Uber Support to understand what has happened and that they need to pay me back my $101.48. 8. How could a one-year-old fraud case still lie and be active in Uber's system? 9. Uber Support consistently answer the issue without resolution. They don't even take the time to read what I or other Uber Support colleagues have said previously before they respond. They act as a meaningless support-eternity machine that answers incoherently without any solution! It's extremely frustrating. 10. Now they tell me they will closed my account if I not pay the remaining $101.48??? WTF! What remaining sum?!? I have sent Uber Support a certified bank statements and payment receipt from my bank on the fraud sum ($ 101.48) that was deducted from my account and paid to Uber Technologies! They refuse to refund my money and now the refuse to respond to me at all. A very dark pattern of bad support behavioral from Uber the whole way!

Beware of undisclosed fees

Uber now charges a booking fee that they do not disclose at the time of ordering the trip. When I tried to complain to them directly there is absolutely no way of reaching them. They have a link to email that is unsupported! Total lack of customer service! $3.50 booking fee for a 1 mile trip!

Worst “customer service” ever

Can’t access my own damn account for some reason. It’s been 3 days since I’ve contacted customer service to regain access to my account and I’ve been asked 3 times for the same info by 3 different people (or maybe they’re bots because no sentient being can be this dumb and difficult to work with). Uber’s customer service is as worse if not more worse that Dell’s.

Charged ridiculous price

I am not familiar with DC area. I am staying in DC for work. I ended up eating near where I was staying. I knew I was somewhat close but did not realize I was less than a block away. It was late so I requested for an UBER. When I got in the car and we passed a Walgreens, I immediately recognized my block. I told the drive to please stop as we passed the corner where he needed to turn right. The guy was going to cheat me and go an entire block around to charge me $14. I was still charged $14 and UBER is ONLY reimbursing me $3. The guy did not even drive 1/2 a block. In the past, UBER use to look at the map and readjust accordingly, now they are allowing drivers to cheat their customers. Well they just lost a loyal customer to LYFT. They can keep their $3 BBBYYYYYEEEEE!

Charge me the minimum fare, in the past it was like $4, but charging me $11 ($14 - $3 credit you all want to give me) for driving less than 1/2 block is abuse. Regulate your drivers, they are cheating your customers.

It’s not critical but your driver is block sections of the road the specially says Do not block and when I approached my legal right to enter into the intersection she pulled forward trying to block me and then laid on her horn. If your drivers are not going to be courteous while driving and representing your company and abide by road laws she should NOT be driving. Approx 10:45 am 9/19 Santa Monica Blvd and local access before Beverly Glen eastbound. She turned on Beverly Glen S after the incident You can see under her car the road sign to keep clear

Driver cancels

I was waiting a long time for Uber driver to arrive. I receive a message on the Uber app of a trip cancelled. I never cancelled the trip. I get charge 5 dollars cancellation fee. This happened twice, two Mondays in a row. I contacted Uber via app and then through Google I found customer support number. I KNOW I did not cancel the trip Thank you for reading

Unfortunate

So I've been driving with Uber/ & delivering for Uber Eats almost a year now, I'm a full time college student so Uber to me was a blessing the way you can work on your own time and make as much money as you need. Recently I was hit by a drunk driver who totaled my car & 3 others, the drunk driver hit me head on and caused me to have a head concussion and several injuries to my back, shoulders & knees. The drunk driver also was uninsured. I then got a lawyer to help because this is my first major accident and I needed the advice and help, I then began physical therapy, just 2 days ago I had to get a MRI done to my back just to be informed from Uber that their insurance will not cover my bodily injuries because I was driving "Uber Eats" at the time and not doing a "Uber ride" So as a Uber delivery driver, your life isn't as valuable or important as a Uber driver taken a passenger somewhere... it's beyond ridiculous. I drove for Uber every single day for the last 7 months, making at least $100 a day, that is what paid my bills. Since the wreck I've not been able to work my part time job nor Uber... I'm traumatized from the accident honestly & I don't know when I'll be comfortable to drive again. I've had to transfer colleges just so I can graduate on time, pretty much a complete life change. Just for Uber to do this and leave me in a serious bind. I DON'T recommend anyone driving for Uber, and if you're currently a partner for Uber already, please look over the contracts and be aware of the situation you could possib;y get into driving for them. It's not safe. I am very disappointed with Uber, given the fact I referred so many others to drive for the rideshare company as well and when needed I also use the Uber app myself as well... so the situation is very unfortunate.
