Fraud Charges onmy VISA

Someone used my NEW credit card and I never got a response from UBER. I had to cancel my card. I would not set up an account with UBER so therefore I could not resolve the issue.

I received someone else's order

Driver left order at another address. He rang me, we spoke, I had my door open. He saw me. Brought order to door. I ordered two food items and one unsweetened ice tea. I received two bags, 3 food containers each bag. Order #5E5D9. Captain Ds in Norfolk VA. I want a refund. I will contact Captain Ds restaurant Concerning issue. Others are waiting for their meals!!!!!!!!!!! Not happy, hungry after dialysis treatment.

One of your drivers slapped my car as I drove by

there was no customer service at all it was an automated line for emergencies. This service sucks.

I want to cancel my Uber Eats pass

can't find a way out of this maze of confusion. PLEASE someone help I want it canceled today.
