Uber - Double charged for a trip
I am disputing this charge. Taken same trip 3 days in a row at $20-30 ... and this was $50. No traffic no high demand. No holiday. Rude driver.

It's not their job to "help" idiots retrieve stuff they've left in another person's car. Listen, to help you, a driver has to stop earning money and come back from wherever they are to remedy your stupidity.

Why would anyone want to do that for a fool? Tell us, how does someone leave anything of value in another person's car? Please stop being stupid and remember the terms of service YOU agreed to. They say there's no guarantee you'll get your junk back.

My mom got charged 65 dollars for a ride she didn't take.

My mom was looking to find a ride for tomorrow morning due to work and we don't have a car. She used Uber for the first time and it said they charged her 9 dollars immediately when she didn't finish typing in what she needed. Then it said it booked her a ride for 60 dollars and a driver drove her to Merced. The fact that we can't contact this god-forsaken company by phone and nobody answers calls is really idiotic.

User's recommendation: Don't take Uber. They seem like a money hungry scamming company.
