Being over charged

First off the charge of the trip was supposed to be 7.83 I believe and then I checks my email they said they charged me a lost and found fee of 15 dollars saying the price of my fair has been adjusted. In which it was not. I feel as is this is how you charge people then Ill start catching a Lyft. At least theyre reasonable. But Id like my 15 dollars back because there was nothing lost.

No reply from Uber.

I tried the app, I called and emailed and none of it goes through to Uber. The phone will only talk to drivers. Unreal. The submit on the app doesn't submit the complaint. The email doesn't go back to them.

User's recommendation: Beware of trying a trial if you may want to cancel.

Going on platform

Hi I was wrong fully taken off platform I said I would go to court over any issue what happened is I got phone numbers from riders who were interested in Primerica I never had any other reason to contact riders i have a 5.0 star rating with Lyft I learned not to promote any other businesses while driving with anymore I would love to go back on platform with Uber please give another chance as I am out driving every day ( I promise I will never take personal phone number anymore) please call 905 929 **** my name is Brian

I signed up for your app and took my first Uber ride on 10/24. My receipt on the 11/24 states I was charged for $71.52, which was $57.96 for the cost of the trip plus my tip of $13.56. I was way over charged on a simple trip I was quoted a much lesser price and when my trip ended it was 5x the amount I was quoted Im not able to ask for a refund nor can I get a hold of any one for customer service

User's recommendation: Don’t use Uber. Just use lyft.
