Cancellation fees dispute

I was charged fees one for today that I didnt even cancel and the other I did cancel yesterday 18 th of may instantly under two minutes because driver was still on another rider I do not wish to be charged these fees the drivers are clearly in the wrong in this issue they not niether text me not called me

User's recommendation: Make driver contact and don’t lie about customers like me so they get paid out of my pocket.

Did not assist me because I am a rider. When I asked why since we are the people giving them money, he had nothing to say. He then hung up on me. I'm being charged 20 dollars for nothing. I have spent over $600 while using uber and they don't even have the time to assist me.

Driver cancelled ride

Dear Uber, I have selected online payment method. This is the third time driver called and asked whether the payment method is cash. They cancel the the ride if payment method is not cash and i have to clear thier cancellation charge to book next ride. Why should I pay cancellation fee when driver has not started the trip and cancelled the trip because he wants cash

User's recommendation: All driver should accept online payment or if they want cash there should be option to switch payment method which is there currently but doesnt work.
