Uber gave wrong pickup address to the driver

The driver did not see my son because hes in the wrong pickup address that was given to him. The pickup address that I gave them was 2311 N Hollywood Way, Burbank but the driver was in 2500 N Hollywood Way. He left without my son and charged us $5 for cancellation fee and $22.98.

I was supposed to be in a queue to receive a call from a supervisor at the Philippine call center, it’s been about 2 hours no call. I texted with Uber to no avail!

Couldn’t get past the 1st step of sending complaint and they wanted me to pay them $5 to just ask a question! WTH?

I took the same ride to work I have a hundred times, always 7 to 10 dollars. The quote was 10. Now they want me to pay them 47 dollars for the 10 dollar quoted trip. There is no way to talk to anyone, the "help" options just say, we are not going to change the fare. I will NOT pay 5 times the quote!!!

Im a registered Alberta transportation safety officer and fleet administrator. 403710**** This driver may not return to Rundle college private property. He has been told not to return. If Uber can insure this I will avoid filing complaint with CPS. Willing to provide details. In 20 yrs I have never complained about professional driver. This guy is a hazard.

Can’t get a response for my messed up orders

The first order was missing items from popeyes. I was supposed to have two 6 count wings and only received one and then I was supposed to have two strawberry biscuits and didnt receive those either. I tried once more to feed my children and this time the whole order was wrong and I didnt have any food to feed my children

Bad customer service

I left my phone in the Uber I was riding in to the airport. When I realized I didn't have my phone, I borrowed a security guard's phone to try and call customer service, but we couldn't locate a number.

When I was finally able to speak to someone, they said there is no customer service and the only way I could get ahold of someone would be through the app or website. I didn't have my phone!!! I asked if I could speak to a supervisor or manager and the person hung up on me. I was able to get my phone because the guard told me to call my phone.

Luckily the driver, Reginald, picked up and brought my phone to me at the airport. He was great!

Accident and overcharge

I order a ride yesterday for my mother on the way to home. Drop off spot they got involved in an accident. I need to talk to someone to understand what the next step to go from here. Please get me a number that works for me to talk to someone or this is gonna be legal battle.
