I was dissatisfied with service

The driver arrived late with a dirty car. The driver had her husband to drive . The driver had her toddler baby sitting in the back seat with her and sleeping. The car was filthy. Is this appropriate for someone to bring their baby with them as they work? The driver had me to sit in front seat with husband as he drove. Isnt this a liability with a child in car? I also had concerns as it appeared to be the smell of liquor in the car.

Payment issue

Yes I'm still have an issue. My request was never resolved or couldn't get any to give me a call regarding this issue. I was dropped off in wrong location & charged incorrectly twice.

Terrible service

I made a reservation 2 weeks in advance in advance so I could get picked up at 5:30 in the morning morning at 5:35 I call the drive up and he tells me that hes at least 25 to 30 minutes away from my location station With a customer in the car With that said I had no choice but to get into my car drive to the airport and park and long term parking My name is John you can call me at 203895****

Absolutely terrible service

My complaint is I was supposed to be picked up to get to the airport and I to the airport and I made the reservations 2 weeks in advance the advance the driver said he was not gonna show up II had to pay $229 for parking and almost missed my plane I've sai've sent 3 emails to the CEO dara About this situation and have not received any call backs my number is 203895**** my name is John

Hello My account is blocked, and I didn't know why is blocked which reason I was driving with for longtime and I never had a problem and my is deactivated when was taken a rest, and I was not driving in this period and I didn't update any documents in this period and then when I tried to back drive Uber again I found my account blocked, and I have same car same documents for this car

Charged for the trip not done

Booked from cantonment railway station on 9th May 22, since it was raining heavily, driver had canceled the trip, but you have charged me 77.56 as payable. Please verify and reverse the charges at your end.

Payment issue

This is to inform you that on 17th may we have booked a uber service for the ride from malka ganj to west INIFD,and due to technical glitch we couldn't make payment to uber online but we paid driver rupees 190 in his paytm account, afterwards for returning back we booked uber again with next driver and we were suppose to pay 200 in cash due to technical issues of making payment online and we were charged by the driver 390 , showing our 1st payment is pending when we have already paid him why it showed pending payment of 190. I request uber to look into this and refund us as soon as possible.

Drivers complaint

Hi, Please note we are facing the cab cancellation problems day by day by your drivers and have to wait and lost our time because of it. also note that their behaviors are note good with the riders. Please resolver of this problems if u can and tell them do good behavior with customer. Thank You Preeti Gupta

Refund issue

I ordered a uber ride it said 15 minutes for $7.26 5 minutes later it still said 15 minutes so I canceled the trip, I ordered a second trip but it was charging me $12.96 so I canceled that one to.. I only got refunded $12.96 the $7.26 is still pending.. why? I want my money refunded
