This the third time you guys do this. I just took a trip and you guys charged before my Uber driver picking me up. You guys charged me $18 on my bank account. On the Uber receipt it says $15.70. Why are you guys charging me more ? Is there any way I could talk to a supervisor or someone. I don't want Uber cash. I want my money back into my bank.

Charges about ride

My driver took the most extended way and charged me more money. Also, I paid 23 dollars for my ride, and the driver charges me 15 dollars more. He took the most extended way instead of taking the easier route. This is the third time that is happening to me. I appreciate it if the drivers can be more Professional in Uber.

To Oakland Airport ,estimate $49 fee ,he charged me $248

Dont know why , it is my first time face this cheating charge. Hopefully customer service department could resolve this issue

Not able to use Uber cash

I have filled in Uber cash balance for $30, but I am not able to use it and there is no way Uber is helping me.

Driver was unprofessional

Mr Aman driver entered in Royale Estate zirakpur colony today , mentioned about my house to security, when I didn't book your cab today. He should be taken up.Action taken against him, may be communicated to me.

Driver went to wrong address

I put in my address he did not go there. According to the driver, it took him to the wrong address of the bus station down the street. Due to this error I was 15 minutes late to a new job. Not a good impression to make on the first day. I have ordered Uber several times and this has not been a problem in the past.

Lost prescription glasses

My son Kevin Nava and I karla Vasquez both have an Uber account. My son ordered the Uber on his account but I paid with my credit card. I left my prescription glasses in the backseat of the Uber car on 11/19 from airport to 2228 Gravier st New Orleans. My son account got locked out because he used my email and it linked it to my account. This is the worst experience ever trying get this issue resolved with Uber. Me and my son have both left emails. We both have reported the item lost. I cannot do it from my account because I dont have this trip and he cant access his account anymore. The driver was Floradean and her license plate is 166DJB. Charged for a rides that didnt happen

I was charged twice after my last ride. There is a $15.80 charge pending that my bank sees. My last ride was for $10.80 and I gave a $5.00 tip. Have that removed please. I want to know why I was charged $15.80 after that. I monitor all transactions daily that I make. Have someone from UBER to call me. Thanks! I'm not a pissed consumer.
