I ordered Uber. Immediately as soon as the driver excepted the ride he called me on my phone and asked me where we were going to be going and how far it was.

I told him that he was picking up my wife at my house and then running a couple miles down the street to pick up my kids at school and then run them all back to my home. The driver at that time proceeded to tell me that he didnt think that this was going to be a good ride for him and that he said I should cancel it. I said back to him why did you except the ride if you are the sun want me to cancel it. And then him and I went back-and-forth for about 10 minutes about who is going to cancel it and I refused to cancel it because I did not want to pay for it.

This whole time this Uber driver has me waiting in my children waiting at school and hes honestly as Im looking at the map not even heading in my direction. He literally kept me hung up for like 30 minutes and now I am going to be super late getting my children at school which is a huge problem and this driverObviously did not care.

This gentleman was extremely rude and very unprofessional all the while trying to cheat the system by calling me and saying where my ride was going. This is not a good look for Uber and I would consider having this guy on my team thank you

"why did you except the ride " While you're at that school, learn the difference between ACCEPT and EXCEPT. Drivers can't see where you're going until they ACCEPT a ride.

Rides such as yours are a waste of time and of little value to drivers trying to make money.

Drivers want to make as much money as possible for the wear and tear they put on the car. You should expect this to continue.

This is the second time this happened to me I took the Uber one time it charged me $30 one time and then charge me $30 the second time it was only supposed to be a $15 trip and today is cost me $14 and change and then it cost me another 10 I don't understand it says $14 when you get in the car and then when you get home the price is different as of right now over owes me over $90 this is very unprofessional I don't know why it keeps happening and a very good customer I use you guys a few times this week and I was going to use you all the time I have many friends in my church who has started using Uber because I told him to and now I don't think I would recommend you because of the overcharge every time

Pissed off can't book ah ride

I'm late for work because of your app want to my money in my wallet this is very devastating and depresseing I'm always going through something with your company I spend good money on Uber $250 every 2 weeks my car is wrecked I can't even depend Uber I spend good money this is bad bad . Know I have money on my account.and I missed work today no ride because your system is not working right now I need to get to Walmart to feed my daughter but I can't book ah ride because of your system this is sooo no right I'm going to start using Lyft I can't take this you guys has took money I didn't use before gotten me missing work now I can't get to the store I put my hard earned money to put on ah Uber card just so me and my daughter will be able to get around safe I'm in ah new neighborhood omg I'm so pissed I should get free rides for the next month unlock my money so I can get to Walmart to get my house hold some groceries

Worst ever experience in uber

Worst ever experience in uber
I need to raise the complaint against the rider which has been assigned to me. I have booked a ride and within 30 mins 4 riders cancelled the booking and after that 1 rider with the bike number of "UP13BS3188" named as "Shokendra" who abused me badly why I'm not taking pickup. Because for the purpose for which I have booked the ride it was already too late. I have discontinued the ride. I need a clear answer for the same. Is this the way to deal with the customer in UBER? I'm going to post it on the "Twitter" handle and othe social media handles.

I feel your company doesn't care about customers like myself I say that because if there's something wrong are missing in my order I will complain and want my money back it's my right to refuse to pay for something that I didn't receive the same as if I was dining in a restaurant. They had the nerve to say because of the amount of refunds I've received its nothing they can do but apologize how dare they I guess I'll be using doordash and seamless for awhile.

I cannot login to my account and it is not giving me any help via the app

I cannot get in contact with any one that works at Uber. Someone has hacked my uber app and I cannot login to my account. The only solution I have been reading about is how you are to ask for help on the menu in app. But I cannot get into my app. There is no way of contacting uber. I have went on my wifes account and did a complaint through their app and I even found a support number pretending to be a rider until I get a representative. Once I get in contact with that representative they said they will look into and either hang up or just get disconnected

Tries to schedule a ride, it said err and yall charges me for it. Why??

I'm on the app to schedule a pickup for tomorrow. It said err when I went through the whole process. I just I'm to far out of the city to schedule an uber. I have a charge on my account and yall didn't even schedule anything. Makes no since. I did it twice thinking the first time was my mistake but it wasn't. I need you to refund me the $78.07 that was charged on my card twice. Thank you

I was charged 166$ for a 6 minute trip. The driver didnt end the ride and after 1 hour they decided to end the ride. A trip that would have cost $ 14.27 now cost 166$
