Please note that we have booked Uber from Rani Bagh to Shri Ganga Ram Hospital today at 5 pm approx. when I booked fare was Rs. 239 but when I reached the place driver charged INR 600 from us. At that time we are in hurry to reach hospital I had paid RS. 600 Therefore, request you to refund the overcharged amount from us ASAP. Driver name was Mukesh and car no was DL1RTB3411 ( Maruti wagon R)

I want my Uber points back
I used my Uber rewards points yesterday on a ride that was 45.67.20%..500 points they didnt take the 20% off the ride yesterday but they took my 500 Uber reward points I want my points back for that ride

Why did you take $10 from my account? I owe uber nothing. Uber still owe me for double charge
I havent taken uber lately. I payed all my payments. Put my $10 back on now because I dont plan on getting a Uber no time soon. I need my money back ASAP. Uber double charged me and never responded to to my complaint. Oh your bank will refund it Regiions told me Uber is to do that. Corporate is who needs to be notified about this poor customer service.

Driver is so rude, he has made us wait for about 25 minutes, as the diesel in his auto is over and now the fare is high due to this, why should i pay for his wait, please return my money and warn the driver, i will proceed legally on this driver

Dear Sir, I have taken ride on 10th April,22 from IGI Airport to Gurudwara Road, Trimoor Nagar, Delhi at 7.00 p.m..The driver was Mr, Md Farque. He not followed the route as per Uber Mobile App and finally we reached the destination at 9.30 p.m. He charged Rs.1522/- which is abnormally high. I have given feed back on same day 10th April,22 but till date I did not get any response from Uber. For the above reason, I have not taken any ride from Uber during my stay at Delhi. I shall be grateful if you intimate the action taken by you in this regard. Thanks Anil Kumar Das

Uber cheated with additional cab charges
when i booked uber cab it showed Rs.378/- and when i finished the ride Uber driver bill charged Rs.602/- and i obliged to pay.
