Gift card issue
Uber responded by saying there was a hold on the account and that they lifted it. However I'm still unable to use my uber cash. This is ridiculous and needs to be fixed now.

Hi its ankit bansal, my account is deactivated this Sunday by Uber and I am pretty sure I havent done anything wrong uber is the only source of income I have with me and till the time and I have put all my efforts to give my customers best service so far , the thing is that my English is bit weak so customer must misunderstand the words I want to say and hurted I havent done any kind of discrimination with any customer please look after my account and help me to run Uber again please thanks I assure you will try to give my best to customers

I ordered an Uber to pick me up from Physical therapy with a stop at a neighborhood store before arriving at my destination (home). There is a 3 minute rule for stops, I was out in 2, as I only went in for a pack of cigarettes. The driver had left!
User's recommendation: Just know that these companies don't really care about you, the customer.
