The number they have on line to call is not the correct number. I have been trying to use the website but that has not been helpful as well. Will try again to get some help on this matter

Food ordered at my Restaurant but not picked up

My name is Chad Brady with Brady's Steaks and Seafood 3801 Magnolia ST, Pascagoula MS. One of your drivers by the name of Jenna placed and order at my Restaurant at 3:08p.m.

today. When she came to pick up, she stated that her uber card was declined so she was going to have another person come pick up the order. After over two hours another uber driver called to place the order. I stated that the first order was placed over two hours ago and the order was never picked up.

I told her she was welcome to come pick up this order, but she said no never mind and hung up. The fact that a $35.00 order was placed that I will lose money on and the fact that the second driver hung up on me is very unprofessional!

I'm very unclear on how your service works or what standards you hold your employees too but from what i have experienced I am very disappointed. I don't feel like I should have to pay for an issue with her Uber card.

My fair was only 40 dollers but it charged me 46 dollers and is hold 46 dollers

I don't know why my Vanilla prepaid card is being charged $80 when I my cab fare only costed me 36 something but it double charged me $46 for a $6 on hold and I don't think that's very fair because I didn't take two trips and dividend cost $46 only cost $37 I like my money back guaranteed only pay for what I travel

I travelled from indirapuram to RKP on 16 April n paid 510 cash to driver . But when I took Uber on 18 May driver asked for 456 telling me that there is outstanding bill . I was shocked to know that ..gave calls again and again to Uber but no one resolved the issue .after a struggle of about half an hour I gave up and paid 456 to Yogesh who was so rude to talk . I lodge a Complint against his behavior towards lady passenger n request the team to look into the matter and refund my money asap Thanks Regards Jassy

Extra charge on my card

Bad charges

I have 2 cancelled trip fees and the driver his name is Dennis just drove by and wouldnt answer his phone he did it twice luckily the 3rd time Travis picked us up I think Dennis was scamming to get cancellation fees I really want to be credited those back it was just wrong
