My driver didn't show up

Uber - My driver didn't show up
The app wasnt showing me where the driver was. I went outside and the driver wasnt there then he canceled the ride. I was charged 14.40. I am contacting you because I need I refund I do not need Uber credit I want my money back.

I can't go online

I was unable to reach any person at Uber. There was only an automatic answer with no contact to any person.

Driver didn't deliver my packages

I gave two packages to driver Harpreet yesterday on 11/09/20 but he didn't deliver and marked the trip is complete. I tried to call him but he keeps hanging up on me. Please someone call me and let me know what to do. Stop sending me none sense email. I need to speak with someone from customer service. Tx AliReza

Don't understand my charges

I don't like what you guys are doing $26.66 on the 11/6/2020 and another $7.35 on the same transaction. What is going on here and why can't you guys provide a telephone number that we can reach out for explanation. I don't really understand this. Am going to file a claim if you don't call me or provide a number to call in the next 10 minutes
