I'm a customer with an issue with the Uber app!

I had previously sent money to my Uber cash account and then tried using the future ride to set up a scheduled ride and I set my payment method to the Uber cash but it would not work until I just called for a ride just then.

Left merchandise in Uber car

Original Uber caught a flat . New Uber arrives, I packed all my merchandise into the new new Uber car. Driver stated he could not complete the ride due to travel distance. Unpack my belongings and left my very important merchandise in the Uber car. Did not realize until the Uber driver left , need immediate assistance

Terrible website

i do not have an uber account have five fraud charges on my credit card. there is no working phone # to call. if you go online for help they want an account #. I do not have an account therefore no account #. some websites attached with uber want to sign you up for a charge to answer your questions. WHAT IS WRONG WITH UBER HAVING A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER OR A WEBSITE THAT YOU CAN CHAT.

Their location service in THEIR app is garbage. I get left standing for hours waiting for nobody and charged! 2x now. Then spending additional HOURS trying to talk to a human for a refund. Uber in theory is a great idea but Im tired of the BS. Trying Lyft If I could give them zero stars and still place a review I would give it zero stars. Where is the customer service? I try Uber for convenience and Im so entirely inconvenienced Ive been at this for hours! Im inclined to use foul language so for now I will just say goodbye. Goodbye Uber

I was at Newark Airport, and asked for a service to Westchester, after doing my request, I received a call from the driver, Mr. Davindra with a Ford Explorer, plate: S87JVX, asking me where was I going, after I told him where I was going (cost of 196UD) he canceled the request.

As I was upset, I went for the taxis services (yellow cab) and took, which actually costed less 44UD, with all included.

But the worst, was when I received a message from UBER, stating that my ride was canceled, because I was not wearing mask

How is it possible for the driver make such statement, if we never met? And UBER management, take that as the true, not even investigate the hat was the problem, not even looking at my history as a UBER user!!!

The driver make such statement, and I am the bad guy.

Terrible SERVICE in general!

And the yellow cab was 25% less expensive!!!

Take note about UBER, check with yellow cabs before you are ripped off, and treated by a company that calls you LIER.

For me UBER has gone!!

I was charged!!! way to much to go 10 minutes distance $106.

First of all it has been absolutely ridiculous what Ive gone through for Ubers mistake. Like Ive already said my distance was 10 minutes to & back. Our driving taking us home canceled because he couldnt find the entrance of the hotel. For a 10 minute ride it took 45min. To get home. & charged $106. Dollars total

Refund issue

Hello, I was charged cancelation fee. The driver didn't show up, asked me to cancel. I booked another Uber right away. I called the next day and was told the issue is resolved. However, I still didn't receive a refund. Also, I find it very difficult to contact Uber customer service via phone. Thanks
