Phone number can’t be dialed from Mexico

I continue to have problems my card 6449. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the card. My bank informs me that they are not seeing charge attempts from Uber and that the card is valid. I have sent several of the messages but all I get from Uber are robo-responses referring me to terms and conditions or asking me to update the card information (I have deleted and attempted to set up the card several times. I had this problem on the past 18 October 2018) and Valentina Rios (back when you guys had names) took care of it immediately. Does anybody really care about the customer? Uber has done an amazing job of turning me from an enthusiastic fan into an angry user. I have been trying to get help with this for about a month. Because I can no longer use Uber I have opened accounts with Rappi and Lyft (by the way my card works just fine with their apps). Anyway Id really like some help with this before I am forced to terminate my relationship with Uber.

Card won’t work

My last message to Uber I continue to have problems my card 6449. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the card. My uber eats account locked permanent

Actually I was driving and I said my cousin to log in and he was new in this country so he was really comfused and gave his own selfie instead of turning phone towards my face and my account after that permanently locked. I am jobless at the moment due to Covid-19 and request you to please unlock my account so that I can earn my livelihood and I promise I'll be extra careful next time regarding policies and procedure. Thanks

I think my account was hacked because I had 6 charges of $100 each and I received emails about two trips I didn't authorize. My bank called me and notified me of the fraudulent activity, and when I tried to log in to Uber my password had been changed. I finally got into my account and noticed that my ride history was wiped clean. Each charge was for $100 in Uber cash. I emailed Uber support and they told me it was from a separate Uber account that shares a payment method with my account. I only have one account yet they claim that it is in my name. I don't live in Houston, and I was in a completely different city at the time.

Not happy

I ordered from KFC tonight for my family. We ordered two buckets of chicken, two mash potatoes, two gravy, pot pie meal with cookie and coleslaw. We did not receive one bucket of chicken and the coleslaw. My family was not happy. I have even called KFC to find out if they made a mistake and the manager read me back the receipt with my order and it was right. It saddens me to think that your drivers may have taken food from my family especially during this covid 19 crisis. I would like a refund please.

Stop sending me emails for somebody else's trip and remove whatever account you think I have with you and I'm not paying for nothing so if you got a hold of my card number I will be contacting the authority for fraud and my bank!

Despite having over 13,000 rides and numerous 5 star comments, I was banned due to low ratings. I have well explained to them the reason it, but they treat partners like trash. I hope this company is banned for good.

Unemployment Insurance Verification

I’m a driver and will not return to work unless your company offers Unemployment verification for assistance during the pandemic. It’s unethical and we are 2 months in without steady work. Please respond. It’s your responsibility to treat your Independent Contractors fairly. Please provide a number or an email. UBER is not standing by it’s employees for Independent Contractor employee verification

I am over 8 weeks of loss of income because UBER is not cooperating with local Employment offices around the country for Pandemic Unemployment verification. Please boycott UBER unless they cooperate with assisting their own drivers.
