I was charged a fee because Supposedly I called for an Uber! I never made the call obviously it was a mistake on whos part I dont know but you charged me 8.50 cancellation fee I want it back immediately

Contest an errant charge

I accidentally entered my gift card amounts ($50 total) into Uber Pass (I'm guessing). My bank has deducted the $24.99 charge x 2 months and I have not been able to reach Uber to correct the issue. I hear (from my bank) that I am one of many that report issues about Uber.

User's recommendation: Stay Away. You will not be able to contact them to resolve an issue.

Didn’t get my 30$ discount

Uber system didnt give me discount before dead line sorry not happy please call me when you get a minute

Having money issues

Hi I work for Uber Eats and this week I was doing the promotion where you can make up to extra 30 or 50 or 120 or 150 I shud of made around 450 alone just off the promotion plus what I drove all I got was extra 30 dollars a ride not the proper amount

Double paid for yesterday two trips

When I tried to charge with my card didnt get through so paid $20 to driver for each trip. Totally paid $40 in cash. Also found two charges on my card too.

On the morning of Feb10 I ordered an Uber for my husband to be picked up from CVS with a stop at the Speedway and then home. I was given a price of around $15 and some change. The driver assigned was Carlos. It said on the app that he was 21 mins away and completing a trip nearby. I let my husband know to be on the lookout for Carlos. Im watching the app and it shows that Carlos has picked up my husband and is headed to the Speedway. I check in with my husband and he IS STILL WAITING FOR CARLOS. So I message Carlos through the app and ask him where he is thinking maybe the GPS thing is wrong and moments later I receive a call from Carlos saying he is in front of my house to pick me up. He could barely speak English and understood even less. I tried to explain to him that he made a mistake and got our trip backwards and that he needed to pick up my husband at the correct pick up spot . He says ok and hangs up. I see him on the GPS stop at the Speedway down the street . Then he texts me to ask if I will text him the address to the CVS where my husband is waiting. I sent him the address and he picked up my husband and competed the trip the way it was supposed to be. However, when we looked on our trip receipt he charged us DOUBLE. He charged us for the trip that he messed up and basically trying to make us pay for his mistake. Not acceptable. We want our trip refunded

Refund needed

To whom it may concern, Im writing to request a refund. Last night, I ordered Taco Bell and got the wrong food so I told the person to take it back because I didnt know what it was. The drivers companion actually got out the car to give me the food, and after telling him I didnt order it, he still tried to give me the food. I then had to go to the restaurant myself and get the correct food. When speaking to the rude manager, who closed the door on me in front of two employees after giving me my food, she told me to take it up with yall. Therefore Im requesting a refund in the amount of $9.57 which includes the service and delivery fees and tip since I had to go get the food. I am not about to pay almost $30 for 12 tacos. So I expect to be reimbursed for this inconvenience. And if theres an issue, then you all need to take it up with the restaurant. But I want my money back for my troubles. Thank you

I missed my flight

I asked the driver to be at my location at 4:30am my driver was in route at 4:30am. I had to purchase 3 tickets home & also get another hotel room because my flight didnt leave to the next day...
