Uber charged my card but didn't pick me up
I was in Tyler,Texas staying at the Super 8 Motel. I used my UBER app for a ride to the TYLER Pounds International Airport. I requested the ride, according to the info. received on the app it indicated for me to walk to the front of the motel, I went but there was no one. My flight was to leave shortly, i contacted UBER at least 4 times then a message appeared saying NO DRIVERS AVAILABLE. This incident occurred on November 10, 2020 @ 5:00 a.m. @ the Super 8 Motel located 2616 NNWLoop 323 Tyler, Texas. I arrived back in Palm Springs, Ca on that same day of the 10th. and noticed a pending transaction for UBER in the amount of $19.51. I am requesting that amount to be refunded back to my card. I was ready and waiting but no one showed. I use UBER faithfully in CALIFORNIA where I live and this has never happened.

I have been charge three times...What is happening?!?!!!
I schedule a pickup - Shavon was 1st driver than my pickup was given to Danny. I receive a cancellation stating my schedule pickup a @1:30...a driver wasn't available. Please resolve this issue on your end; Thanks!

Fleeing the scence of accident
Kenneth driving a Honda cr-v license 8073vd Florida backed into my truck and drove off causing damage to my parked vehicle. I'm calling the police and filling a police report.

I was charged for the subscription that doesnt expire until November 16, 2020 that was the money I needed to get to work the rest of the weekend
User's recommendation: Make sure you cancel the subscription a couple days after you sign up if you dont want to be charged the whole fee because it is hard to contact somebody directly seems like they only have a number for the drivers to call.

Uber had changed the route that I set up which caused a cancellation. After sending them an email they responded within 24 hours and put the amount under Uber cash. ID
