No one ever contacted me and getting in touch with someone is extremely difficult!!I feel like Lyft is just a much better company and they actually care about the customers opposed to Uber who wants nothing to do with the consumer until it hits the news..They only fix it after something happens in a horrible way and that's just sad!!

I had an important issue occur when it came to communication and timing when it came time to be picked up for work and I do not know who to speak to about this.. Thank you..

TIP was charged incorrectly

I was charge for a TIP that I never authorized. I am absolutely unable to speak to anyone at Uber and Im extremely upset that a 25% tip has been charged to my account which I had never authorized. The inability to speak to a human being is exasperating and totally unacceptable!

I was charged 18.70 twice for one ride also it was 30 mins before some excepted ride then canceled at last minute then another 30 mins before someone excepted the ride to get me to my destination I also tipped driver that did come

Driver didn't pick up my sister

I call Uber for a driver to pickup my sister. I called the driver when he arrived to describe her. He said he saw her and she was coming. I asked him to have her call me to make sure its the right person. She never called me. I reached her and she never seen the driver. I asked him to confirm that it was Clementene. I dont know who he picked up or where he took them.

User's recommendation: Confirmation or call the person that setup the ride.

Charges to my card

A charge of $9.99 was charged to my bank on 4/14/22 that I did not authorize. I have had to cancel that card. Please take care o this matter.
