It took my half a day to delete my account . And I still didn’t get an answer

I just asked for a ride but I put in my email wrong and it doesn't want to take myCard but it's not letting delete anything

User's recommendation: I don’t know I suppose there is some people that their system really works but it didn’t for me.

Uber - Driver lied
Today my Uber driver LIED on me not wearing my face mask on I gave a tip and 5 stars when the driver arrived at my destination before knowing that He Had Lied On me

Unknown charges on my account

I haven't spoken to anyone yet there too many charges on my card my was $16.80 but now thre a charges of 28.31 twice 16.49. Twice 17.20 and 34.00

Question about experience

The phone number provided was for an emergency so I wasn't able to speak to anyone about my issue. It's unfortunately because now I will not use Uber anymore because it was unreliable in this situation

App won't work. Stuck at airport

I am stuck at an airport, out of town and neither Uber nor Lyft will work. My phone is new/up to date and I have reception. My card on file is valid too. PS: please, PLEASE make it easier for customers to connect with a help service phone number. I get that you dont really want to deal with people, but I should not have to dig on a million sites just to find a phone number to call.

Charged for trips i didn't take

In 12/30 was charged twice for a trip to the airport and the first driving canceled the pick up. I ordered a new driver and realized there are 2 charges for that day &;; only took trip to the airport.

The driver started the drive by yelling at me that I was wasting his time... I said no I walked out right when app told me you were here and he drove crazy like road rage and yelled at me again to put the damn cup holder up!!! I didnt even put it down then he peeled out my neighbors even said I should complain and Uber didnt give refund or do anything. Not happy or right way to treat a customer I was so scared!!!

Do not use Uber you cannot get help if there’s an issue

Do not use Uber you cannot get help if theres an issue. Im a customer yet I cant access the help menu because its giving me an error message you call the 800 number yet you cant cant talk to anybody because redirects you back to the help menu I was overcharged to go 3 miles $29 and yet I sent an email with no response a month ago.

I told the driver if it was ok if I went to one more place and he said yes. Well I walked out of the store and he was gone.

Poor service, bad business practice

2 drivers canceled because we wouldn't walk to the parking garage, because they went to the wrong entry. Even though the drivers canceled my account was still charged... thats BS!
