Billed wrong amount

i such driver should be punished as he talked with my wife very rudely have booked cab and confirm bill Rs 208.00 when I reached destination your cab charged Rs 360 from me. your driver's behavior was very rude he refuse to use AC insspite of our request and threatened to stop the cab midway and ask to go with auto.

Cannot reset email

I have tried repeatedly to reset my password to no avail. You can send emails to me, but when I try to get a password reset-the email from you does not come.I have two important trips in the next month and need Uber service.

Sassy driver

Good afternoon, Ive been a loyal customer with Uber for years. Wonder why some Uber drivers can not understand the customers privacy and respect the Uber company policy. I never noticed any issues with American drivers toward me or asking a sassy questions. Respectfully, I believe every good customer to your company they must treated politely no mater who the drivers are. I noticed recent drivers from other countries they start involved asking for customers life private information. Is that what your policy is? Please contact me if any information needed for recent accident while I was picked up from unprofessional immigrant within your company. one more thing, cleanness important and should mentioned too. I lost my phone in Uber yesterday

I left my phone in a Uber driver car and never got it back.I called Uber customer service to tried help get it back but the Uber driver never answered the phone and I still haven't received my phone back.I had very important information in my phone I don't understand what's going on at this point.

Uber keep charging me money

Account info

When I added money to my account it called it Uber cash. What needs to be done so that I can use that money for my car rides????? No matter where I went on line I was never able to reach a real person.

My belongings which I know I probably am not going to get because they're taking their sweet time responding back to me. These are personal items that in the wrong hands could be very hurtful or damaging for my friend and I.

Unaware of charges

My charge card/bank Account was charged for my yearly Prime Membership, unfortunately I was not was notified of such. In the future please notify me regarding charge. Lost item in uber

Uber needs a customer service phone number. It took days to resolve an issue sending emails back and forth. Very unacceptable.

User's recommendation: Tell Uber they need a customer service phone number. Though they probably won't listen.
