Fare issues

I used the uber app.but nowdays i face mang problem in the use of this app. Last trip of 21st october,2021 i paid fare still it show in please complete the payment. And i couldnt book my next trip. Call is not rechable to u. I really dissatisfy with your services. I really irritate from your services

Doublecharged

The driver said I want cash so I give payment to him. Now payment is also shows pending in my account.

User's recommendation: Uber is the worst service because they have cheater driver and no proper customer care number.

Unable to contact Customer service via phone. preset categories listed online on their website do not fit my issue

Need to message my reserved driver to advise of room needed for my mom's foldable wheelchair to avoid trip cancelation at 4am due to no room. Unable to find a way to contact Uber. The number listed in ur website is no longer in service

Nobody is answering

I have messaged and called Uber 9 times!! Nobody can help me! I got Uber cash for a Christmas present and it says I have the the Uber cash. But when I try to use it, it says payment invalid or not accepted. I have uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app and its still not working. I will never use Uber again!!! They are terrible!!!

If you took the ride with the "rude" driver, you are not entitled to a refund. You are only entitled to a refund if you did not get the ride.

Cancellation

I had placed an order and it never arrived due to no driver. Ubun then dropped and cancelled. I then relaxed my order for it again not to be picked up so I cancelled. I am now being charged for the order that I never received. Poor customer service via the only way you can communicate with some one which is text This should be illegal

Waiting for my refund

I received a order this morning for pancakes and bacon, I started being eating when I suddenly noticed a peice of long hair in my tray with my pancakes and bacon. I requested for a refund but no one got back to me. Uber eats seems harder to get your refund than the other sites. How can u help me resolve my problem. Asap!!

Left wallet and keys in uber

My daughter took an Uber and left her wallet and keys in the uber car and the uber driver will not bring them back to her

The driver has other things to do then to bring back your daughter's lost items. How about instead of blaming the driver you blame your careless daughter.

Maybe this is why your daughter is not responsible. You do not hold her responsible for her actions. If he is driving he cannot answer his phone.

If he has another customer he is not going to go out of his way to help your daughter. Not to mention your daughter should be fighting her own battles.

He has a GPS that tells him the best route to get there. He does not need a backseat driver.

You were rude. If you think know better than he does why not drive there yourself.
