I WANT TO RETRIEVE MY BAT FROM THE CAR..THE DRIVER HAS ACCEPTED THAT HE HAS THE BAT BUT CANT GIVE IT..

I Didn't GET MY BAT BACK. NEITHER THE DRIVER IS ANSWERING THE CALL NOR REVERTING BACK...WOULD APPRECIATE IF U COULD SOME HOW HELP ME FIND A BAT... I USED TO LIKE THIS COMPANY A LOT SAYING ITS HELPFUL AND POLITE BUT WITH THIS RESPONSE I FEEL BAD TO BE A PART OF THIS UBER COMPANY. THE DRIVER NAME IS RAJNIKANT AND THE NUMBER IS +917715****23

Why charge for cancelaron when im not cancel?
Im call 3 time the Uber drive and Im tell him Im here and he never awnser the call and he cancel the Uber Im not and you charge me 5 dollars? I understand when Im cancel

I called the toll free number that I was seen that I was thinking it was the correct number I spoke to a representative gentleman told me that it was the wrong Department I explained to the gentleman I needed to see if he could give me a telephone number to try to talk to somebody he told me no and he told me he had to get off the phone because there was other customers waiting and hung up the phone in my face
User's recommendation: They need to get retrained to talk to customers correctly and not be rude.

Being Charged $24.99/month for Uber Pass
Hello. I am going through a financial hardship and realized I am being charged $24.99/month for Uber Pass, that I do not recall ever signing up for. I have cancelled this on the app, but would like to discuss being refunded some of these fees. May I be contacted by a manager by phone please? I'm not sure how long I've been being charged this, and when I researched the plan, the website shows the charge should be $9.99/month. Why was I being charged $24.99/month. Please cancel and refund these charges.

Your driver GPS software is out dated which lead him going to the wrong *** house he had the damn audacity to cancel my pick up and you guys *** charged me for it *** believable!!!
User's recommendation: Make sure your drivers damn GPS has updated software before attempting a pick up!!
