On November 30, 2024, I used Uber to take my family and me from the Orlando Airport to the Marriott Grande Vista resort. The driver did not know how to get there and instead of driving the main highway used side streets.
This ride takes approximately 35 minutes normally, but the Uber driver took almost one and a half hours to make the run. Since there was an accident on one of the side streets, he had to circumnavigate, but he missed so many turns otherwise that he drove miles out of the way and had to turn around and drive back to the road he was supposed to take. My wife and granddaughter used the GPS on their phones and watched as the driver missed his turns and had to drive back and start over again. Having ridden the correct route on other occasions, I could see that he was either not paying attention and missed his turns or was driving too fast to make the turn when it was needed.
I was charged for time after the fact.
That is not fair to me. I would like you to rebate to me the additional charges for this ride, and grant a rebate of the regular charge since it took so long to get to the resort that we missed our dinner reservation.

Hi, my name is Jennifer Munday and I ordered an Uber in the morning which was a normal Uber driver, but then something came up and it was in the dark and I didnt realize that it was a membership thing. I thought I was just getting rid of the notification and it ended up being that I clicked on to be an Uber one membership that was a total mistake.
I would like to please cancel that and have my money returned back to my bank account.
That is all the money that I have and I do not want a membership, so please help me and resolve this issue and return my money back. Thank you.

Ive used Uber for the past 8 or more years consistently. About a month ago a driver who was extremely rude reported that I am a minor (I wish).
My account has since been locked m.
I sent a picture of my government ID and requested my account unlocked and have not been able to get this done. There has been no communication for resolution for UBER!!!

I used the courier service to pick up a prepaid item at a local store. My order was for curbside pickup and when I called the store to let them know a driver had arrived, I was notified the driver had already grabbed my package and left.
I opened my Uber app to see the driver had cancelled the order and a new driver was later assigned. I cancelled the new driver and immediately contacted support. Over the last 2 days, they have given me the run-around and have refused to offer any resolution or contact the driver to retrieve my stolen package.
In short, an Uber driver grabbed my package, cancelled the order, and left with my order worth $40. Uber has done nothing but reshare the same generic messages and continue to ignore my repeated inquiries for resolution.

We booked two rides last week:
1. Picked up from 1327 Leisure World, Mesa,Saturday the 4th at 6, to be delivered to 110 E.
Rochester, Phoenix, before 6:45. Accomplished as purchased.
2.
Booked a return to be picked up from 110 E. Rochester which did not happen.

We contacted Uber and immediately came out of the airport to wait for our driver. He showed up very late.
Then, he parked his car too far and never came closer. When he finally drove closer to us, he took extra time to put the luggage in the car.
He then said we were late so the trip was canceled. What kind of business scam is this?

Why is the reservation charge as much as the ride fee? It's crazy to pay $15.89 to book a ride for the next morning.
The idea of booking ahead is to make it easier for drivers to know they have work scheduled. It makes no sense to charge people for being proactive and giving drivers advance notice. My ride was $19.87, and you charged me an additional $15.89 to reserve it so that I'd have an early morning pickup. Given this and the fact that I've had to spend more than an hour calling various numbers listed as 'customer support' numbers only to find all of them disconnected or leading to some other service than customer service, it has convinced me that taxis are more affordable, customer-friendly, and easier to work with.
A clean ride isn't worth an extra $15 added to my bill when I booked at the last minute the day before and was charged only a $3.46 booking fee.
$43.22 for a seven-mile trip. I've never paid that much for a taxi.

I am writing to dispute a recent charge on my trip dated 6/15/24. The original fare for my trip was estimated to be approximately $8.
XX. However, due to an issue with the Uber app's route calculation, I was charged an additional booking fee of $19, which I believe is incorrect.
During the trip, I made only one stop at 7-Eleven, which was directly on the way to my home. Despite this, the Uber app routed my trip in a way that placed my home as the first stop, causing an unnecessary increase in the fare and an additional booking fee.
Here are the details of my trip: Original route: Food 4 Less on Century in Inglewood to 8306 Crenshaw Blvd. Apartment A Inglewood, CA 90305.
Added stop: 7-Eleven. Actual stop made: 7-Eleven (for less than five minutes)
The trip should not have incurred the extra booking fee as the stop at 7-Eleven was directly on my route home and only lasted for a short duration. I kindly request a review of this trip and an adjustment to reflect the correct fare without the additional booking fee.

Here in Edmonton, Alberta, Walmart stores frequently use companies like Uber and DoorDash to deliver grocery orders to people's homes. That was the case for me tonight.
A $263 grocery order was picked up by the Uber driver at the store. He claimed to have delivered it, not knowing that I was at the curb waiting for him. I waited outside for the better part of an hour before being called by the store. The store repicked my order after calling me to ask if I had received my original order.
The Walmart store had my order delivered out to me quickly there after. Trying to contact Uber was a complete failure, as I refuse to sign up for their service.

Uber should be very veery ashamed of themselves. Their customer service is full of idiots and retards. They dont answer anything you ask, they just say the same thing over and over. It's pathetic and bad business.
They steal from people and won't even tell you how they justify doing it.. they should all be fired .. never again will I use Uber. Bunch of greedy monsters working there.

I don't know whose door that was. I had specific instructions on where to place my order. I checked every door at my house and it was not there. I never received a call from the delivery person and I did contact you within 24 hours, so there is no reason I shouldn't get a refund.
No reason. But you gave incorrect answers to all my questions. I asked why I am not eligible and received no response. I don't care how long it takes you to respond, that isn't my problem.
I messaged within 24 hours, well before 2 days. That's all that matters. I demand a refund. This is not acceptable.
$57 is too much to let go. This is not something I will forget about. I will be in touch every single day. I will be sharing this everywhere.
And I'll be calling the BBB. You guys can't be stealing from people like this.

Im trying to get to work not only does Uber keep kicking me out to drivers that are more than 15 minutes and miles away but they keep canceling and sending new drivers who arent any closer its been more than 30 minute and Im still not in an Uber and on my way this is ridiculous

I had a difficult time trying trying to find the number for Uber complaint department. I did get a hold of the supervisor and she looked into my request and refunded me the $21 and canceled the Uber travel subscription immediately. It was refunded back in my account and so I greatly appreciate her doing this
I have been charged now twice for Uber technologies travel. I do not use Uber and I'm trying to get the phone number for your company.
I tried and it is not in service.
I would like to have.These charges refunded and cancel this subscription that I never signed up for. This has happened before and I want it to stop.
