Money taken from me by Uber

I was charged $280 for a ride I did not receive. No number of n regards to getting money back. Had to call a emergency hotline in regards to personal safety just to talk to a human. Said theyll report it. Thats it. So the driver got paid twice for a ride I canceled once, then re ordered? Seriously? I want my money back!!!!
