Hi, my name is luckner Dubuisson I saw that you charge my account twice. I didnt use the app on 04/09/2021 first payment $11.90 and second payment $12.34. I need you refund my money back to my account. Id like to know how come you charge my account with out using the app.

I didn’t take a ride

I was charged for a ride I did not take. I scheduled a ride for pick up when I looked it said drive here. I looked and didnt see the driver I went on the app and see that the driver was leaving but didnt head to my direction so I reached out to him when I spoke to the driver he said someone jumped in the vehicle with the same name and he thought it was me and apologized.

User's recommendation: Use Lyft not Uber they don’t care about what you experienced.

Wrong product Delivered

I ordered a shift linkage for my Harley Davidson and received 2 sets of LED Lights when I called to ask how to return the item I asked to have the item I paid for resent and the person on the phone said we cant do that I only thing we can do is refund your money I really didnt want the refund I wanted the part that was miss shipped Nobody seemed to care if the customer was in happy all I wanted was the item I ordered and all they cared about is how I was going to ship back the part that was missed shipped Not very cool experience for me very displeased customer I order something every week please look into this issue Sincerely Enrico Antonelli

Its my boyfriend birthday and i had something plan one driver picked up the trip and on his way he dropped it so another driver picked up. But never showed to pick us up and now my giy day is ruined

Hello, my name is Tyler Archibald Paraskevopoulos my number is 647-335-****. Today I called Uber to reactivate my account. A few months ago I contacted Uber and requested if I can deliver with my dad and I was given permission by the representative with the conditions that my dad submit his license and insurance. Today I was told that I was deactivated with no possibility of delivering for Uber again. Please contact me to let me know what the result is because I don't understand what I did to not be able to ride a bike and deliver food for Uber?

Uber not accepting my uber cash

Uber holding my gift card balance, and not allowing me to use it although I've already paid for it prior. No answers to this issue

I dropped my phone in an Uber and the driver never returned it. I called and she said shell bring it back to me, then never answered my calls.

I did not authorized all the transactions to come out my account

I had several charges on my account that I did not authorize that was on April 12 for .34 cent and $16.55 also April 14 for $20.28, $3.60 and $8.79 and also on April 15 for $8.68 can you please credit this back into my Account because I did not authorize any of these trips

I have $137 in my uber cash from a gift card I was given. It was originally $200 so it worked at first and then all of a sudden i keep getting an error message making me use my debit card instead of my uber cash. They will not fix the problem. Its been over 3 weeks and i message then daily. They wont even give me a number to call an actual person. I'm a gold member and use them every day to pick up my son from daycare. This is ***
