Complaints

I never activated Uber Pass and they are charging me 24.99 every month. Why? I need my money back. Thats not fair.

I was overcharged

I booked a ride for $90. Half way the driver stops to fix his tire and says I need to get another ride that I wouldnt be charged full price.. I got charged $69, then $60 for the other ride to complete.. making my ride $40 more expensive than I initially agreed to! I would have simply taken Lyft if I knew they were going to overcharge me!

Over charged

I was charged for a ride I never received!!! Please refund my money. I didnt use the driver services and was still charged.

Uber finished the partnership with me without any reason

My matter is still not resolved uber finished partnership with me and not replying to me with the explanation on why they had done so.

Cancellation fee

I requested an Uber at the Miami international airport. The driver didnt show up that I could see. I saw a black Escalade as described, but the license plate was not the same as in my description so I didnt approach the car. I tried to text the driver through the app with no response, I tried to call the driver who did not pick up the phone. I was sent only one message when the original request for ride was made in Spanish (which I dont speak) that I couldnt read. Now I am seeing that I was charged $25 and if I want a refund it will just be a credit to my account. I want my money refunded to my card. I have tried several times to contact Uber over this, but their system is set up so that nobody has an opportunity to communicate with them. Uber just lost my business over a measly $25.

User's recommendation: Don’t waste your time trying to talk ask Uber a question. They intentionally make it impossible to contact them.

I have heard nothing from Uber.

I do not want to repeat my thoughts on this..Uber KNOWS and should correct the problem i becoming a recipient of their service.

I am pissed off for their *** service. And driver not showing up. Outrageous surges

On this particular day, I waited an hour for a driver only to find out that he went to the destination not where he was to pick me up. I also have an issue with your constant surging prices. apparently because your drivers are able to collect unemployment. you should be tracking those individuals who want to sit on their *** and get a free paycheck, and then they should not be able to return to driving for the full amount of time that they collected unemployment. I use uber often and never receive any promotional discounts. looks like I will be using lyft from now on. Regards. Tim Roulette 813-352-****

The app was so confusing that the lady kept pushing buttons on the phone and trying to get 2in from and kept getting backwards and they charged me multiple times 2499 20** **36 on her phone on my debit card and all I want is my money back there's only one trip made and they took over $100 and it's all pending and the trip was supposed to been done allegedly I like 11:30 last night
