Uber Eats never delivered my food
- Very difficult to register complaint of bad or no service
Refund they charged me twice for one ride
User's recommendation: be careful with uber drivers and uber company they do not respond and driver will lie, and some driver drive without keeping the rider safe.

I had an uber eats order it didn't arrive and they put the payment on hold
Fraudulent financial transaction
To this point uber has made no acknowledgment about two dozen emails and eight phone calls of these transactions and I know firsthand the required by law to have pickup location drop-off location driver's name date and time on record
