Uber is scamming customers
They are not picking you up at the right location and you cant report it to a live agent it is difficult to contact them and I had an issue where an unauthorized charged was on my account and they keep saying they can refund my money at this point Im beyond upset
User's recommendation: Use Lyft not Uber or try buying a car and stop supporting this modernized scammers here.

I have been charged 3 times and I do not have account simple and when you cannot call a company for any reason is totallynot customer service.

Charge to my account that are not mine.
I have been charge on my account and I do not use uber I have been charged $21.55 , $44.09, $12.09 I need it credited to my account today 4/22/21 they are all showing in may account and need it take off I do not use uber and I have no account with you.

Failed Uber
I made a reservation for an Uber Black for my sons prom. I realize an Uber is not guaranteed but we waited until the time only to realize no Uber. My husband had to drive our son and his date to the prom. We tried to call previous to the day but the person was no help.

Unauthorized charges to my bank account!
This *** company charged my bank account for an Uber Pass which I told them I did not want or need. They caused my bank account to go into negative status, causing more issues for me.

I ordered dinners average of 5 nights a week. Probably 4 out 5 of those orders were canceled after I waited about 2 hours. Yes, my money got refunded each time (I think) but what about the time I wasted and I ordered because I was hungry! I haven another account under Haylee hudson thats my 14 year old daughter.Her debit card is linked to my account because its really just my bank account and I ordered her an Uber yesterday to bring her from Tomball to Conroe the guy canceled it youre still charge me for it the ride shouldve been $44 which I have a wrap a charge for $44 but all the ones from yesterday the ad up or $76.76 there was only one ride the other day and that was from Tomball to hear Tucano I want my *** money back to eight dollars at the five dollars to $12 I want it all back except for the $44 ride

Drive Juan Hbb30 didnt answer in specified time and after 3 texts and 2 calls never responded. Is he coming? Can I order a second car?

Missing mail.
On 3/22/21 our CPA, mailed a large priority envelope from Sunset Station Post Office, Las Vegas, NV. It was addressed to Mr and Mrs Swift, P O Box 61106, Boulder City, NV 89006, the return was the same information. The label was a large one from USPS. To this date we have not received the envelope. It contains all our income tax information! We have checked with our Boulder City, NV Post Office every day and have yet to receive. It does not have a tracking number.
