Even after your app and your driver said like 20 times that they will be there in like 40 minutes than 20 minutes than five minutes than 10 minutes then 30 minutes then 40 minutes you left me standing

I am charged every two weeks it seems for transportation I did not request. You sent this dispute form to me, but never said how you plan to reimburse me for the funds that have been charged by your company. I have already provided the proof in a previous email.

I noticed that I was charged 3 times on my bank account for the same ride. Also, Ive experienced drivers reporting that I wasnt wearing a face mask. But, they have never seen me. I found out via another driver that they do that to get paid without picking up rider. And, they know that most people will just except it. Because of the complications theyd have to go through just to contact Uber

Uber driver account does not allow me to link my bank account to cash out my balance from my Uber drivers earnings. I called the customer support for several times. Whenever I called them, they ask me to hold hold and hold, and wait wait wait for ever. What a f***k! Now all my balance are sitting in my account, cannot be cashed out. What a f***k app!

Arrive to Detroit Airport order Uber ride so wife doesn't have to leave work to pick me up. After placing ride order says driver is 5min. away they have no description of me only a pickup spot "North terminal level 1 ground transportation" wait there a half hour in 28 weather looking for mercury nautilus. After no call or seeing a vehicle that even resembles said car I check online for an update or correspondence. What I see is an inexplicable cancellation with NO phone call. I was however charged an $5.75 inconvenience fee. So I guess I was charged $5.75 for the inconvenience of standing out in the cold and an Hour and a half later I'm still at airport waiting on my wife.
