I want to tip my drivers was unable to find a way to do it. I had to go to UTUBE and even that was not helpful.I don't want to leave them without a tip.

My question was : If a driver has two passengers do you charge for one or two. Simple question The young lady could not seem to understand the question. Secondly, I could not understand what she was saying!! I asked her to speak slower. When she did it was much better. But she would forget and rattle off. Please!!! When you have two riders Do you charge for one or two??

A fraudulent duplicate account was created. Spoke to over 10 representatives and 3 supervisors and was told that Mt paused and block account would be Reactivated in 5 business days. This started on August 25th. It is now September 9th and I still my account is blocked.

Working for Uber

I worked with Uber for a bit over a year, I can say that the pay and availability as a driver is well, but the customer service or support line is full of unhelpful people who are not educated on solving your problem. They are hired to say this call is being recorded and thank you.

I have no problem with people who speak broken english, I can understand them for the most part, the problem is they dont understand problems I convey to them. My problem being that Ive done Uber Eats for over a year now, but I wanted to be open to more opportunities, so I signed up to take passengers, since then I havent been able to work for either due to my background report, they are more strict for passenger drivers. Since its on the same app to do food and passengers my account has been locked for over two weeks now with no way to make income. Ive spoken to Uber support at least 4 times now and honestly it makes me more upset every time I call.

Since they have no resolutions to my problem except saying the same things after Ive tried to make it concise that they are not helping by repeating themselves because Ive done what theyve said. Uber is great to work for, they just need better, more caring support.

Uber> Doordash any day for work. Its much more convenient, just dont make a mistake because you wont be able to fix it.

Driver had issue with car and dumped my 24 year old daughter off in and unfamiliar place and just drove off.

The original drivers car was having trouble so he just left my daughter on the side of the road in a area she difnt know and then just drove off.

My daughter said they refunded her money for that trip, but there was no other action, as far as we know, taken with that driver. I would think a company that preaches safety and security for anyone who uses it would punish a driver( or fire) for doing such a despicable thing to a young girl. She had been drinking and did the responsible thing by taking an Uber home. This guy dropped her off in an unfamiliar part of town at a closed car dealership a quarter mile from a Sheriff's sub station. He could have just as easily left her there, but no, he told her to get out and didn't even contact another driver, he just left her standing there. She had to contact Uber for another ride that took 20 minutes to get to her. She was hysterical by the time he picked her up and she was on the phone with me the whole time. When she finally made it home, she flew out of the car and fell into my arms and cried for a half hour. The driver that did drop her off was amazing and even spoke to me on the phone and got out to speak to both of us in our driveway. He kept apologizing for what happened, but it was in no way his fault. She is a little hesitant to take an Uber alone again, which scares me, cause I don't want her or anyone on the road who has been drinking. She said she might give Lyft a chance, but out of the hundreds of Ubers she has taken, I hope that this is a once in a lifetime occurrence. I am half tempted to contact the news outlets here, cause I would hate for some other young lady to have this happen to them and the outcome be completely horrible or for her family to have to deal with something terrible happening to their daughter because of a irresponsible Uber driver. I would think Uber wouldn't want that either, but who knows. If a driver has an issue, I would have thought they would have contacted another driver and waited with the young lady until she was safely in another driver's hands. If that is policy, which I don't know since you can't talk to a human at Uber, then this driver should be fired.

Done with rant now.

I don't expect anything to change or happen, but it would be nice if companies actually gave *** about their customers.

Preferred solution: An apology and the driver should be fired. Uber should also re-educate drivers the safety policy so no other young lady ever has to go through this

Driver picked up the wrong passenger

We ordered pickup at Phoenix airport on Saturday 19 at 5:40 pm. Driver Jesus on a Honda Accord.

We tried to call and calls were denied. We had to wait almost 30 min before we could call another driver. While waiting, we realized that Jesus picked up another passenger that went to a different address. Finally, we were able to get a ride with driver Roberta that was on time with great service.

Now we are getting a number of change demands. 1. Jesus who failed to pick us up trying to charge for picking up the wrong passenger.

2. Roberta that did a great job.

Were denying Jesus charge and farther more believe he should be fired for not calling to verify and denying our calls.
