Uber has been robbing me for months. I've asked several times to speak to someone live and haven't gotten anyone.
I've been transferred to fake numbers. The emails are crazy unprofessional and disrespectful. There are 20 agents for one situation. Every single trip I take the fees are being updated at the end.
One minute they say it's wait time fees until I show proof that majority my trips have no wait time. Then they tell me provide more details I sent proof every time because I take proof for every trip now. Then after all that they still tell me they can't give me my funds back. I've also been charged for rides I did not take, made them aware of drivers reporting false information during trips, for example: driver starts ride as if im in the vehicle then tells me.
Just let him finish the trip and he'll come back and come get me for free. I report him I get charged for the ride and 3 additional imaginary fees that I have had to pay in order to book a new ride for work. Then they tell me I can't not get my funds back and they also steal all my Uber cash everytime I report something. I've had a driver turn a $10 trip into a $25 just standing in the ga s station after he told me the trip was ended.
And I've been charged for that as well. Smh I swear to God I could not make this stuff up, they disgust me at this point.
I wish they're was a better company than Uber in all honesty. These attachments aren't even a percentage of the proof I have

New to Uber don’t know anything about the services
Hi there. Im a new user.
When I signed up I selected Venmo as my method of payment. I was then required to offer a backup method. Made sense until I was charged on both methods. I looked online to see how to contact you and best information I got was that it may happen and in a few days it will be straightened out.
Its been two weeks. I feel like thats long enough. Change my mind please. Furthermore its damn near impossible to contact Uber.
I cant imagine everyone deals with these same issues because they wouldnt be in business still. I may need these services in a couple of weeks.
If my issue of being double charged isnt cleared up by then I will have to go with their competitor. My luck will be that they are the same company, or at least just as difficult to deal with
User's recommendation: As of this moment, I would recommend trying Lyft or find a taxi service
I want to complain about my package
It's saying I still owe $31 before I can get an Uber. I'm getting really pissed off about this ***

My account got stolen and Uber ignores request to block it
User's recommendation: Nobody should use Uber ever again ! There are several alternatives. Your money and data safety will be better protected with them.
Driver left me at my first stop
User's recommendation: Don't get out of vehicle if you have multiple stops on tha way to destinations because drivers will leave you

Reason for review is this driver and being charged multiple times for canceling no customer service no contact numbers no command structure to prevent drivers from using other taxing services to avoid
