Uber - We contacted you to refund the cars that we didn’t get
We went to dinner and after tried to get a car. Multiple were called and finally one came after almost 2 hours. We were charged 5 times that night and called for a refund to no avail. You could make it right by calling us or seeing the case number. Thanks

Refund raised but no response

I have already mentioned that my debit card has been charged and 1773 on the 21st of July and the uber drover Mo from mumbai airport asked me to pay in cash of Rs 2100 and later i realized even my card was charged for 1773 amount when I raised the issue with uber online customer service they refunded 300 rupees but what about the balance? Please call me to sort the issue on 885012**** or email at anand.priya600@***.com Thankyou

Lost item

Left back pack in Uber - alerted Uber minutes after getting out of car. Did not get any response back and now its 6+ hours and we have not heard back from the driver or Uber this is pathetic User's recommendation: Do not take Uber

No UBER is NOT pathetic. You are for leaving your item behind.

The driver probably had to pick up another passenger. So, does this mean you think he should turn right around and cancel on the other passenger just to return your backpack? What if the other passenger has to be at a certain place by a certain time? The other passenger should not be punished for her mistake.

Your childish attitude is is pathetic. You an "adult" acting like a three-year-old. Why not pull up your big boy pants and accept responsibility? You certainly won't get your backpack back within six hours.

Especially if he has other passengers. That is how he makes money. Would you leave your place of work, lose out on being paid to help a fool? Your not taking responsibility for being careless is pathetic.

If you were a toddler it would be acceptable, but you are not a toddler. You just behave like one. Also how can you leave a backpack behind?

I mean it is a big item, not a small one. I mean if it were a phone and fell out of your pocket I can understand, but a backpack?

I logged my account to get an ride and the price was$28.I left the phone for 1 min and went back and the price went to $42.I was really pissed about it but I need to go to airport. I really don't understand how the price can go up like that.As soon as they saw that I need to book an Uber.that raised the price like that.I will never get a ride with Uber again.

Driver demand cash or will not give a ride

08/04/22 landed in OKC airport contact Uber driver show up but then demand to get pay in cash charge me more then Uber offered instead $89.00 he wants $150 in cash I have no choice but agree with him. I dont think thats right.

I logged in my account to get an Uber and the price was $28.I left my phone for 1 min and the and the price went to $41.I was so pissed that the price change like that.and in the end of the trip I got charged $42 and some charge.Well I'm not taking an uber again. You don't raise your prices like that when you see that someone is trying to get an uber.

The amount charge when booking the ride is different to the uber receipt that i get after the trip? The amount is way off?

My ride was on July 26th from Vienna to Union station in DC The driver was Everistus I would be happy to give a better tip , if the receipt was what I was quoted.

Was trying to get infinity to drive for Uber and purchase a vehicle?

Purchase vehicle to work. I have been trying to get information on automobile s available for purchase

I can assist you in creating a fully functioning support for driver. merchants, and consumers service is personto person. McDonalds even has concentration on their base support for their loyal customers and they have built up a stellar customer based interactive customer service. I have set up customer service as well as call centers and help desk all over the world would love to discuss possibilities.

Item left in car , no timely response from customer service

Left phone in car . Could not get the customer service to respond . Were flying out next morning . So customer support sucked . You need an emergency phone number . Our amazing driver dropped the phone off at the hotel . So he was awesome

Also, GROW UP. If you were more careful you would NOT have left your phone behind. The driver probably has to drive other passengers. Why should the driver inconvenience someone else because you were careless?

The only thing that you are right about does not leave anything important in the car. The driver should not have to jump through hoops to help a dumb careless idiot.
