I was over charged and there’s no live agent to talk to

My was supposed to be $16.00 only but they over charged me!!! Was charged wait fees?!!! The driver doesnt know how to read and follow instructions and took a different route when the destination was like 1/2 mile away for no reason he took a left turn and made the route longer than it was supposed to be. I gave him an instruction to pick me up gave him the gate code, building number and apartment number he doesnt know how to read and follow instructions made me walk all the way to the gate on very very hot weather!!! And charged me wait fees Charge me extra for longer route!!!

Its during evening time i get back from work i notice 50$ dedicated from my credit card , without any reason , and there are 10 otp of uber on my number I didnt even book a ride , its happened first time with me , i am a international student , I dont even use cabs they are very costly. Please help me . 50$ means a lot to me i will be thankful to you .

User's recommendation: Please be aware uber usually do that they show different prices during ride booking and change the price when we booked .

Charged me way more then I agreed

I had an Uber pick up my sister for my grandmothers address. The Uber clearly called me on the phone and said she was with my sister and she wasnt and she was driving around on my time for over two hours. I reported this over and over to you guys but nothing has been done and I havent been compensated. ! I havent got any special discounts or nothing. I should be getting free rides for all I care because your faulty driver and she didnt go to the destination. I sent her to is that in issue for her to keep driving around she went to Irmo. She went to the gardens fairy, and all I had to do was go down State Street in KC. The other day my lip my Uber ride went from five dollars to 1699. I didnt to stop anywhere. User's recommendation: Don’t order rides for others

On 22nd may I travelled from Uber and forget my phone in cab and after that I contacted him through Uber he asked for money only then he return our phone we thought that we would give him 200 rupees and my brother to take phone from him then he asked for 2000 rupees my brother requested him to take 200 but he refused to take then my brother manage to convince him to take 500 rupees because it was near 12.30 in night he thought that he should not take any risk that is y he gave him 500 rupees . But this is very pathetic situation please take action against him if he would agreed on 200 rupees then it was ok And he was staying near our house he gave phone near metro station Uttam Nagar His name is Deepak and I booked ride @7.50 in evening

My food order

My whole food order was missing there was only one thing and it wasn't even what I ordered I called the company and they wouldn't even give me a refund they're always doing this I am getting tired of it and I'm about to let over go I do want to go to corporate and make a complaint because this ain't the first time they did not help me at all

User's recommendation: Go straight to corporate and if you can't get help there don't use Uber Eats at all.

I take Uber to work every morning for 9.09 for the last few days they have been charging me 20.99 ,27.00 and charged me for a ride before 20.99 then gave me 11.00 for a refund the ride is 1.5 miles the drivers act like they are so far away they take long to get here cause they take long routes to get here having me late for the last two days I watch the app so I really can't trust this anymore they did not give me a receipt for a charge that's on my card or the 27.00 one

User's recommendation: Make sure you keep an eye on the streets on the app the route they take to come get you.

Billing issues

I would like to receive a full refund for a ride I did not cancel and tried every tool available through app to communicate with driver including dialing and texting. I have use the refund credits reluctantly due to the fear of having my ride cancelled again to no fault of my own.
