Security issues with Uber sending me an email with very confidential information. Havent you hear of hackers ?????? I have a hacker & this is a breach of confidentiality & service !!!!!!! You just gave my IP address out to the world & I want something done about it. I need a manager to call me ASAP 214 660-**** !!!!!!!!!!! Im going to report you !!!!!!

Reacurring payment has to stop
My account has been compromised by uber. I never agreed to a once a month payment. Of $9.95 Reacurring. From my account. Name: Janet Hunt. Bank of America. It has to stop or i will press charges. Thanks in advance.. I took a ride once or twice last year. Please stop it NOW

Overcharged and no support
Driver charged over US$30 for a 2 mile ride which took five minutes. Then bullied me into waiting and charging me and then booked another trip at a higher rate premium. I now have multiple charges for the same trip on my credit card with demands from Uber to pay them for on a second credit card account. Unable to speak to anyone email sent with minimal response
User's recommendation: Watch your credit card carefully and I suggest using a regular taxi company.

Please read your UBER receipt they will throw in extra charges, I have been paying toll charges to go 7 miles down Highway I-45 North, for 2 months. I didn't think it was necessary to read my receipts, that was a very STUPID MISTAKE ON MY PART, they also charged me wait times when I know for fact. That when I call from the Dr's ofc, I am already waiting outside ready to go. They also charge you when you book ahead of time, and they also charge you if order it if you are not booking it from your home address and call ita booking fee.

I was waiting for the driver, and calling him again and again.. his no was busy.. then when he picked up the call he said he was in the jam . Pls wait for me .. I was with my 11 months daughter waiting him at my door . But he was so late and when he arrives he was in another lane.. i have to cross the area with 2bags and my baby . Still he charged waiting amount..it was his mistake not mine .

Unauthorized charges on my card
The driver dropped me off in the middle of nowhere and charged me more than double the price than what I agree to when I signed up for Uber or Uber in the car he told me he was gonna have to charge me $70 more than the price that when you pick me up they picked me up and when I asked him what was he doing he dropped me off in a middle of nowhere and I had to take another open home I want a full refund

Uber failed me
Uber failed me . I called for service and they charged me but that never showed up . I tried to complain , Uber dont have a proper way to receive complaints . I tried to get my money back and I cant find that way how to get it back.
