Driver drop me off in a traffic area and proceeded to verbally abused me

Verbal abuse and safety.my driver drop me off in traffic and i asked him to drop me at my destination door instead he proceeded to curse me and called me a lazy imbeciles

customer service contacted me from Uber asked me for the details of my Uber cancellation after reviewing it they refunded the $35 charge - now a very happy customer of uber

How was Uber to know that you were going to actually pay this driver to return stuff YOU left behind? Of course you were charged!

A lot of people who leave stuff behind do NOT get their stuff back. Consider yourself lucky this driver returned your stuff.

He deserved that $10 tip! No overcharge here.

He took extra cash of Rs 300/- from me He cancelled the Trip as he wanted cash. I paid him 500/- and fare was 150/- he just gave me Rs 50/-

I left my phone in a uber driver's car in Washington DC. The is no customer service phone number for customers to call. Only drivers could call uber. I set up a uber account on my husbands phone &; I had to file a lost phone report online through your website. I had a flight back to san antonio texas later in the day. My only option was to schedule a uber driver to come pick me up to. The awesome uber driver was able to call customer service on his phone. I was able to get the other uber drivers phone number & I got my phone back thank god god
