The $5 extra issue

I was in a Medical Office and I needed a ride home, I had the Uber app but for more that I tried I could not rich them, it would not take me to the next page, I spent almost an hour trying, soI had no other choice but call Uber which I got a ride however they charged me $5 extra for calling, I explianed to the woman the situation but she did not try to help me out by saving me that money, I am in my seventies and I depend on every single penny to survive, I am asking to please return my five dollars to my credit card, Thank you. Need Information about Disability Rides

I was informed that you supply disabled customers with an account to ride on a discount fee at all times every ride. I was trying to find out where I apply for this service .

A disabled friend of a friend uses her Uber account and never pays over $4 for any ride anywhere she goes. I have an account and I've searched everywhere for something telling me how I apply and what information is needed to prove my disability so I can get approved for this service. Thank you so very much I appreciate your time and your help.Customer Service In App Is Not Worth Trying to do. They do not offer all services that may be needed!

They should just have a customer service number or email period no matter what your issues are you should be able to reach some one at all times.

In the app or out of the app.I know that if you're a high paying customer you are given a number right in your account but people that use the app only a few times a month do not qualify for this number.thats just wrong!!! I have to spend hundreds of dollars on rides to be worthy of getting Uber Customer Service Phone Number!!!Go directly to Google and get the email address or the phone number listed with them.

Today, October 6th of 2023, I reviewed my bank account and I noticed that Uber took $20.00 on October 5th of 2023 for trip to San Francisco CA, I never requested it. I don't understand why Uber collected that amount from my account. This is your mistake, please reimburse me as soon as possible this money. I'm honest person, and I always pay my local trips. For the sane trip I charged twice, at LGA jet blue trip .. they moved to terminal A yo B and in that trip in the airport from A to B driver charged $23

Live in Reno N.V. File a complaint against a driver that calls herself Voodolia! She came too pick me up at WinCo NorthTown.She pulled up and I had some Groceries. I asked her unlock the trunk.She rolled down the the window said huh.Then rolled the window back up and took off like a rocket! The ride was cancelled and called another Uber. Looks like she blew me off too go too a better fair!

Social security credited me 630 dollars still uber eats fixed or resolved this but it's been over 45 days. So they took there 630 back this month so I was left not being able to pay my rent again.

Look at the photo is was Uber eats then door dash then over and over between 12am to 1230am.

I didn't get to spend a penny that day. It was all gone when I woke up.

I can't call the driver if my phone is in the Uber, there is no other way to get a hold of him, this is absolutely ridiculous I have tried every way I could think of to get a hold of a live human and the only person I spoke to was so completely rude and she refused to help me wouldn't let me speak to a manager told me there was nobody available so now all I can do is try to find someone else's phone so that I can try to contact the driver as soon as possible which is insane

Driver accept a trip and never came.

I asked a trip in Cocoa Beach yesterday evening with Uber. Waiting time in the app was 5 minutes. I accepted this car. The waiting time passed immediately to 12 minutes ! Waiting and passed to 19 and 23 minutes and more !? The driver never came here. Or he had an other client or was going home. I text him that I will send a complain to Uber, he cut immediately the trip and I received a message from an other driver near me and she came 2 minutes after. The drivers name is Jesus with a Chrysler Pacifica. This is absolutely not correct. Luckily I didnt have to take a airplane !
