Uber has not contacted me back. But my issue needs to be solved asap.

I have to change my email address as my current email address does not work any more to receive any new emails

Uber - Want my money back
I have been stuck in traffic for 30 minutes every Uber that I take has never taken this route I ordered Uber so I can get home faster now I feel like I should just take the bus from now on I'm about to get out of the car and start walking

Not the driver's fault. If you cannot communicate in English they can't drop you off at the right address since it is hard to understand you.

Vehicle issues Defective vehicle ac not working window is not opening

I have alredy given detaied comments and aked for refund of my whole money as the vehile was of substandard quality and driver was rude no ac was working there was foul smell in the vehicle and driver was also giving foul smell so pl refundmy whole amount of ride at the earliest

Cancellation fees dispute

I was charged fees one for today that I didnt even cancel and the other I did cancel yesterday 18 th of may instantly under two minutes because driver was still on another rider I do not wish to be charged these fees the drivers are clearly in the wrong in this issue they not niether text me not called me
