i want a refund! pissedcustomer.com said youd resolve this.
I have been charged $9.99 according to my bank account and Uber took this money out. I do not subscribe to Uber nor did I know they had a monthly service charge for anything. This is not to be on my account. If this isnt 100 characters then I will just keep talking you owe me $9.99.
I would like a refund as soon as you can possibly get my account refunded. Again I would like my $9.99 that you took out of my account without my permission to be refunded as soon as possible again you took out nine dollars and 99 that did belong to you , please refund me my $9.99

Help regarding ride payment
The first driver never show up and I thought I was coming from Western to me The map is showing that he was a little turned around so I text him to see if I can help direct him to me and then I called him twice to see if he will pick up so I can help direct him to me then a new driver picked up but I had already left because I was running late for work because he was lost and didn't pick up his phone when the other driver came to my home I was already at work at the time and I got charged for something that the first driver was unable to accomplish the task of picking me up and dropping me off so the second driver got paid for something that wasn't needed and I want a refund for the app Mix-Up.
User's recommendation: In regards too customers that we should be have the option to help direct the drivers to us when they map show that they are going the wrong way and the driver should pick up their phones or text back when they not able to find the location that they're trying to go to
