The driver pulled up didnt wait 5 seconds and just pulled off. I was looking right at him as I sitting at the entrance of the door when he pulled up. I was coming out . Just drove off. I want my money back. It say they charge more after 2 min wait he didnt he get a chance to wait.

Charging my Capital One Account $9.99 per month starting Oct 2023. Before that was charging my Chase Account $9.99 per month I never authorized any of this for recurring charges. Chase Bank handled it. Uber attached Capital One. Next Nobody ever available to talk on phone Phone number Capital One gave me for Uber is not in service 616-282-**** Mark Backing. CALL ME!

i want a refund! pissedcustomer.com said youd resolve this.

I have been charged $9.99 according to my bank account and Uber took this money out. I do not subscribe to Uber nor did I know they had a monthly service charge for anything. This is not to be on my account. If this isnt 100 characters then I will just keep talking you owe me $9.99.

I would like a refund as soon as you can possibly get my account refunded. Again I would like my $9.99 that you took out of my account without my permission to be refunded as soon as possible again you took out nine dollars and 99 that did belong to you , please refund me my $9.99

Change currency

When I returned from Europe my payment remained in Euro. All I wanted to know was how to correct it to US dollars in the United States. Despite the fact that NOTHING on your website answered that questioned you REFUSED to give a help phone number. I do not have extra hours set aside to ask the questions multiple times to get a simple answer. There is competition in the business you know.

I was charged more than expected

On March 24th I booked at a rate of $27.00 and a charge of $39.00 is the final charge to my card. I would like a refund or credit for the amount I was over charged. Im not paying for a booking fee or any other unnecessary fees you guys want to charge. I will drive myself before paying extra. The driver did a great job on a positive note.

Help regarding ride payment

The first driver never show up and I thought I was coming from Western to me The map is showing that he was a little turned around so I text him to see if I can help direct him to me and then I called him twice to see if he will pick up so I can help direct him to me then a new driver picked up but I had already left because I was running late for work because he was lost and didn't pick up his phone when the other driver came to my home I was already at work at the time and I got charged for something that the first driver was unable to accomplish the task of picking me up and dropping me off so the second driver got paid for something that wasn't needed and I want a refund for the app Mix-Up.

User's recommendation: In regards too customers that we should be have the option to help direct the drivers to us when they map show that they are going the wrong way and the driver should pick up their phones or text back when they not able to find the location that they're trying to go to
