Lost an expensive pair of prescription sunglasses in an Uber car and cannot reach the driver, and the help section wants you to subscribe to a monthly program to get help!

User's recommendation: Don’t forget anything in an Uber ride, and don’t expect real help from Uber!

Uber driver has a warrent for assult and battery

Horrible customer service

First it's almost impossible to get ahold of anyone, then if you are able to email and if they actually answer the answer is of no help at all. If you are gonna have a multimillion dollar business at least have good customer service department. Once my issue is resolved I won't be using uber for anything again.

I'm a first time usher

First time user I dont know how to use your app I was waiting for someone in there that theyll show me a time where I can pull up to be picked up I did not know they pick it up right away and they charge me $6.25 and I had to pay that to be able to cancel the Ray which I will need it for 10 oclock in the morning not a 930 again first Im useless I had no idea how it works and Im been trying to reach some customer service were not avail

Uber auto driver extra charge to me.

I booked ther Uber auto on 14.7.2022 from Sector 1 Chandigarh to my home Sector 40 Chandigarh but the auto driver says I collect only cash not using any app then I arrange cash from my home I give it to 140 rupees and he give me change of 10 rupee the bill is showing 126.45 he says 5 rupees is extra chargers Now Today I want booked another ride it shows firstly pay previous amount why can I paid even I paid to auto driver The name of auto driver is Ram and the no. of his auto is PB65AV9071 Please help me please tell me what to do now

I was charged for a item I did not lose

I schedules a uber for 11:39am and later got an email I was charged an extra 15$ because they said I lost an item which I didnt and the driver never even came contacted me about such a thing. Money was wrongfully taken out my account without my consent

I had booked an uber auto for INR 170. But INR 204 was deducted from my paytm wallet without my consent.
