It's not fair that we get charged one thing and then almost double the price the next time and we are going to the same address. Please explain

Money taken out of account
I was charged for a ride that was not even processed. I open the app and paid $9.41 for a ride that never processed. Only for my second ride to get canceled. The money was taken out of my account for the first ride. I would like my money please and thank you since I never had that ride processed. I had to pay an accidental $7.95 for a ride to actually show up.

Yall keep trying to change my card
I took a ride from oakely to Oakland yall change me 61 dollars it came right off my card. Then when my driver dropped me off yall tried to change me 51 dollars. Every day after July 6 yall keep trying to change my card they charge me ever time you try to change my card. What the *** is going on

On Wednesday July 8, 2020 I put in for a ride a few minutes I had to cancel my ride. I was charged a service fee. Later I checked my checking account and I was charged $11.00 and $13.68 for rides I did not take. I find that very unfair. I would like the money put back in to my account. if it is not put back I will have to take action.

Someone took my ride
i recently had been hacked by a stalker who up tainted my work address who knew that me not having a vehicle caused me to uber home from learning my routine and work schedule the stalker proceeded to take my uber ride home on june 10, 2020 to up tain my home address

There was no reason for a sanitation charge to begin with. And it continues to recharge me on a daily basis plus an extra forty six or $0.56 for something I have no clue what it is I want it to stop now
